Dao Desserts Pavillion Bukit Jalil — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

We ordered two soft serves but they came out very inconsistent. One was significantly smaller and the other was overly melted. When we pointed it out, the staff kindly offered to replace them. We only asked for a small top-up on the smaller one, which was fine.

However, the melted one was truly unenjoyable, so my friend did request a new one. A staff member named WeiZhen made a replacement but then placed it on the counter without a word, wearing a very irritated and unhappy expression. There was no apology for the initial mistake or the need to ask again.

While we appreciate the initial offer to fix it, the dismissive and unfriendly attitude from WeiZhen at the end really spoiled the experience. The bad attitude made a simple mistake...

Very poor queuing system given the limited space. They expect customers to fight for seats like at hawker stalls before ordering, making it very unfair for those who actually queue up like civilised people.

Gave feedback to the staff about this and instead of taking it as feedback said that we should have found a seat first. Sorry, but we were just being considerate to those who were in front of us, who might not have gotten seats of their own yet.

Please put a sign telling people to place an order before taking a seat.

Always my best spot for soy bean dessert especially tau fu fa in Klang Valley area. They inherit the Woong Kee style beancurd in Ipoh. The first outlet was at ss15 and now expended until mall area. Soy bean was smooth and silky, sometimes not enough sugar but you can request for addition. Their soft server was also the best as it contains strong soy flavor.
