End of Sept 2023 update: I've recieved notification that they will send back a watch. I've received it not too long ago, and it was missing the protective film I initially paid for protecting the screen. I asked and realized they've sent me a new one as replacement. If only they would also re apply the protective screen... that's just me nitpicking to be honest. At least they were willing to try and fix the problem and send me a replacement. I'd give them 5 stars for commitment to customer service. If only the watch didn't break so fast in the first place...makes me wonder how long this one would last...And it's supposedly the more durable of the lot...
Early Sept 2023 Update: I managed to get in touch with one of the representatives via email, then WhatsApp. They've agreed to take a look to see if something can be done, if I ship it back to their store. Seeing as I may not be able to make it back in KL within the warranty period, I decide to give it try and shipped the damaged watch back to their store at my own expenses. Just got informed it has arrived back at the store. They're gonna send it to the centre first.
I give another star for their effort and willingness to try and fix this case.
We shall see what happens next... Late Aug 2023 Update:
But...the Redmi Active 3 Watch didn't even last 2 weeks of wearing. One day I was wondering why it couldn't pick up my heart's rate or connect to my phone. Flipped to the back and found that it's got a cracked screen on one of the sensors.
Am trying to contact the place to see if I can get it fixed overseas.

Read moreOn 6-Feb 2025, with a mind to get a new Mi phone for my mum, we happened to came across this Mi staff working in Xiaomi Pavillon Bukit Jalil. He is friendly and would not force you into any purchase, but rather, standing nearby in preparation to provide service shall you need one.
He is knowledgeable with all the in-store devices, diligently clearing our queries, very helpful in assisting with our needs. It was a pleasant experience, not to mention that we delayed his dinner as my mum's phone transfer took quite a while, but he was still around to help till the very end process of our purchase. He also carefully keeping every item nicely into the boxes for us after done checking.
Despite being a relatively new staff, he is able to provide professional introduction to every devices I asked him, which is why I happily top up my purchase journey with a Mi Watch 2 Pro too. I also purchased the screen protectors for the watch, and phones with him, and the workmanship is very good. No bubble is detected and everything is well pasted.
