Burger & Taco Pavilion Bukit Jalil — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

So here goes, went by the outlet on a Sunday for lunch (30/10,1pm ish). As we were first time customers we didn’t know that we should order via QR code at the table. So we were at the counter standing cluelessly, as the cashier was right in-front of us completely ignoring us(she saw us) even after we greeted her. After a minute or so, she exited the counter to clean the tables. We were initially dumbfounded as we weren’t sure if it was the wrong counter to order. Then we saw that each tables had QR code and we knew then that we should order from the table(how long would it take to greet and guide the customers?). As we were ordering we saw another couple standing and ordering with the same cashier but she was entertaining them. Not sure if the employee is a complete racist or we were too dark that she completely didn't notice we were standing in-front of her at the cashier box or she thought we could not afford a rm20 burger 🙂. We cancelled our order and woke up and left immediately to avoid creating a scene. To the owners/co owners who are reading this, train your employees and make sure they are blind to skin colors. To the cashier(fair skin asian girl(chinese/foreigner)) was a tall, pony tail hair with highlights) always remember you are living in a multiracial country, learn to respect everyone regardless...

The burgers and patties at this restaurant are all handmade Real, 100% pure meat without any additives or fillers The beef is sourced from high-quality meat from Australia and New Zealand. The meat is fragrant and chewy. The sauce is also prepared in-house using top-quality ingredients. Highly recommend my favorite Fish Burrito, the fresh and tender fish with rich toppings I also ordered a shiitake mushroom vegetarian burger for my girlfriend. The juicy shiitake mushrooms are paired with soft buns. The taste of pure plants is no less delicious than the classic burger. The charcoal grilled chicken burger is also available. The chicken is grilled to perfection and is tender on the outside and rich in sauce. Quesadilla is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. OK. this is my first attempt to eat non-burger at this restaurant. Normally I will choose the beef and chick one at Tamarind Square. But many months havent got time to visit Tamarind Square. Lets review the new new menu.

Portions. I think burger portions is way bigger. if you need something light, can consider this.

The gravy? seems like not much gravy. Just a simple souce. For me normal source is okay since I dont really like the spicy stuff. But I think manjority of ppl love the spicy stuff. Maybe you guys can R&D the gravy things? just my opinion je.

Chicken. just so so. Maybe i pick the regular instead of spicy.

Overall, is okay. as this is the new recipe/menu and still...
