AEON MALL Nilai — Attraction in Negeri Sembilan

Probably one the BEST Aeon mall that i ever set my foot into. 3 floors - ground floor with several restaurants, aeon groceries&eateries area, clothings and several convenient stores. 1st floor with spa, hair and skin treatment, electronics and smart phones, aeon’s clothings & accessories area, few food stalls, clothings and much more. While 2nd floor comprises of aeon’s toys and electronics & electrical appliances area, arcade or children entertainment spots, snack stalls, variety of food restaurants (Korean buffet - Seoul Garden, Japanese sushi king, Fast food chain - kfc, burger king, pizza hut, kyocchon, etc, thai food - johnny, Pastries & Desserts - Secret recipe,love yoo, laolao, Western - kenny roger, Chinese muslim restaurant as well as other asian (taiwanese, malaysian) food restaurant available. Many more to come in future. Plus not to forget their spacious food courts at there selling variety of food (arab, indonesian, chinese, malaysian, etc)

Lots of stalls and restaurants but lacking in terms of entertainment department such as karaoke, gym, bowling and movie theatre - To compensate with those they occasionally held cultural or festive events during festive seasons like Chinese new year, deepavali, christmas, hari raya, mooncake festival as well as charity or awareness events such as children day, oku, cancer, women health, blood donation and many more. The management/marketing team are quite active on both Facebook & instagram, so go follow them.

Daily, weekly and monthly discounts especially on their groceries and food. Aeon groceries area is quite spacious, clean and very customer friendly. Variety of products can be found here and sold at reasonable prices. Lately they installed a new station were the customers can scan & buy the products on their own (self checkout). Clearance items sold at reasonable prices. Aeon food areas are quite spacious as well, selling variety of foods, pastries and drinks at tolerable price range. Discount during peak period.

Parking lots are quite spacious and requires to pay at least rm1 per hour. Sometimes difficult to get a spot especially during peak hours or on holiday. Outdoor parking and indoor parking.

Both cash and cashless payments (scan, paywave, debit) acceptable by almost all the vendors and businesses. Few ATM machines available inside on the ground floor. Very taxi, tour bus and food delivery services friendly (have dropout area). Focuses on customers safety every day. Many toilets and restrooms inside on every floors (very parents with kids friendly as there are toilet seats for kids at both men and women restrooms. Plus a special restroom for babies diaper change and OKU....

Huge shopping mall with a lots of open and covered parking. The really downside of this mall is their parking system. It's totally not standardised at all. You can enter the parking for two hours, FOC if you have aeon credit /member card, exceeded the 2 hour, then you have to pay, ok that's fine with me. You can pay the chargeable time using your touch n go card (at other branches), but no here in aeon nilai. According to the customer service staff, exiting aeon mall parking, you have to pay/touch with the same card when you entered. I ended up using my bank's debit card to escape this hell. Successfully created a loooooong line of cars behind me due to this exiting issue. A big shopping mall, related to one of the digital bank around, does not have a standardised parking payment system thru out the country. And not being able to hire a personnel at the exit gate to manage the outflow patrons that stuck behind vehicle experiencing parking payment issue. Please put your staff on standby at ALL exit and entry point. AEON MANAGEMENT MALAYSIA AND JAPAN, please take a serious look into this. I think this is the best Aeon Mall in Malaysia. It's complete. Everywhere you go, you there's some furnitures or arts that attracts you. Other that that, if you feel exhausted or waiting for someone to habis shopping, there will be chairs/sofas provided outside the outlets. Love how they blend arts there. They also provide a charger port in certain area of every floor for a quick charge. The food court is on G floor. Very crowded in weekends. Alot of tech shops on 1st floor. The lifts works fast. They also provide kiddie carts(from 2 years till 4 years) and baby strollers and wheelchairs. The area I love the most is the surau. Surau for the women is on G floor. And Surau for the men is on 1st floor. It is very spacious. Very little shopping mall provide a very small room for a surau and not bery convenient. Be warned, they will be zig zaggity passageways to the toilets or any facilities which is fun. The toilet that i've used so far r using bidets. There are also toilets for kids. Baby room is very colourfull...
