Visited the cafe today and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. We ordered two main courses and two matcha lattes. The food was okay — portion and taste were average. At that time, there were only two tables including ours, so it wasn’t busy at all.

Our food arrived, but no drinks. We checked with one of the staff (who might also be the chef?) and he went to ask the barista. Still, no drinks. Then a new customer walked in, placed their order, and got both their food and drinks before us — we were already almost done eating by then.

We followed up again with a waitress, but she seemed a bit lost and unsure. Only after the third reminder did the barista finally make our drinks — and it literally took just a few minutes. The matcha latte itself was mostly ice, barely any matcha.

When we mentioned all this at the counter, the barista just said a staff member was on MC. Understandable, but it felt like they couldn’t handle basic service without that one person.

Also, we had to remind them three times about the free dog snack, and it only came after we paid.

Don’t even bother to visit if you don’t have plenty of time waiting. Whole one hour in this shop is just waiting ……. Waiting ….. and waiting……there isn’t many table when we arrive . I’m the 2nd table that’s waiting to be served. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t make sense with that long waiting hour. Waiting to get menu waiting to get order waiting for food and waiting for drinks which never came in the end. Waited half an hour none of my order came out, tables came after us get their meal and drink. Went and check with the counter she said drinks and food otw. Saw she’s making the coffee so I return to my sit thinking it’s my order. 5 minutes later food show up. Food taste just way below average. Definitely not worth the price. There starts the waiting game for the coffee. Was fed up of waiting and decided to get the bill done. The girl in the counter just said sorry that the drinks didn’t came. she knew our order was not out and serving tables that come after us. What kind of service is this ?
