Perfect Host and Greystone have their own check in counter (both had rented units at the ground floor as their lobby)..It was a straightforward lobby, nothing special. For check in purpose, everything was all right. I got my keys to my unit within 10 minutes upon registration. Maybe it was on a Sunday, so it was not crowded, only me there checking in. Paid a deposit of RM100 and got my keys to my unit. Actually the building itself consist of shopping complex, retail units and also a hotel previously..so the room that were offered by Perfect Host and Greystone is actually a hotel room. I did not explore the building but it is not as lively as before when I visited before in 2017. There is a MyNews at the ground floor near to the lobby, so it was convenient to get some essentials if u need. There are also a pub, Victoria Station restaurant also..and some other food outlet but limited choices. The corridor of the hotel room need some housekeeping (can c that it was not cleaned for some time), but the room inside was fantastic clean and comfortable. So it was a surprise for me as outside the hotel corridor and inside the room there is a whole lot of difference. Trust me, the room is the same as the picture in Trip.com. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo smells good too. For room, I have no complaint. It exceed my initial expectation (after reading some reviews), but the outside corridor of the room really need some cleaning. Some of the negative review about this place is the parking. Yup, it is actually an issue but sometimes not everything is perfect, but I don't blame the host as they are only running an AIRBNB concept, so for me is acceptable as the rate im paying per night (RM63 Nett), is still ok for me. For parking wise, it really depends on when u r checking in..if is on a Sunday or Saturday, there would be ample parking within the ground floor. If is on a weekdays, then it might be full. But dont worry there is basement parking as well. The rate is calculated RM12 per entry per day for the parking at the ground floor (same level as the lobby) and this comes to RM24 for 2 days provided if you are not leaving the hotel. If it is at the basement, then it goes by the hour (you need to do your own calculation whether is most cost worthy to park, how many hours u r gonna park there). Other than that, for me at the rate I am paying and also quality of the room (minus the parking issue and cleaniness of the corridor), I would give this place the thumbs up. Good stay for me, but of course this is only my personal opinion as a reference.I would rate this place 4...

I lost my parcel recently and they told me that the CCTV did not cover the area. It isn't a common sense to put a CCTV that cover mailbox area? And I don't know which genius think that put the mailbox in the area that everyone can pass by without access card, keys is a good idea. And now they change their policy into all the parcel can't be put at lobby anymore, but at the same time the courier need to register everytime they sent a parcel, It makes all the courier refuse to send up and want us to collect our parcel on time.
The lift just NEVER been fixed, I had live here for 5 months and the lift will just maintain at 2, the middle one will never been fixed. Recently (after few months writing this review) they finally fixed the lift, but the third lift system is isolated than the other two. Which mean the third lift will always stopped at the same floor with the other one.
Parking lot is confusing and small, not big car friendly. I just scratch my car here last time, and the mirror at the corner was so small.
And my parking access card just not working recently, I called for help by my agent and he told me that I am not the only one who facing this problem, and I had to press the intercom for like 1-2 minutes to wait them to pick up and still got scolded by the guard; It is very stressful especially someone was just behind you.
The corridor, balcony and the bathroom were always smelly for unknown reason, no matter how clean it is. I guess is the pipe or sewer that cause the smell.
Lastly, I had live here for 5 months and it trip 5 times, 3 lightbulb and the wire broke, washing pipe broke...
If you are planning to rent/ buy this...
Read moreMan, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I got totally fooled by those fancy online photos and booked it for a week, thinking it'd be great. But as soon as I arrived, boom! The place reeked of sewage, and they wouldn't let me check in early. Plus, there's nowhere to hang out since they don't even have a lobby.
And let me tell you about the front desk guy – completely useless and always giving me this creepy stare. He tells me to go up to the third floor, but when I take the elevator, it feels like I'm in a horror movie – deserted and under construction.
Then, when I finally get into the room, oh boy! More stink, dirty bedding, dusty floors, and a roach chilling in the shower. I call the front desk, they send someone who just sprays stuff around like it's air freshener and tracks dirt everywhere. Asked for a different room, got one, but it wasn't much better – still smelled weird with cracked walls and gross green stuff lurking. Tried to stick it out, but no way, couldn't stand another minute in that place.
Next morning, I'm out of there, and the receptionist is acting like I'm ruining her day. They promised a full refund, but surprise, surprise, no money back despite multiple reminders. Even went back in person, and they're just making excuses, blaming some third party. Like, seriously?
Never going back there again, even though I'm out a bunch of cash. Hope they get what's coming to...
