Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock @ PJ33 — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

As someone who crave nasi lemak, i try out a lot of nasi lemak ranging frm the cheap 1ringgit packet nasi lemaks, jalan 223 nasi lemak panas, to the pasar pagi/malam nasi lemak kukus, and even madam kwan n village park's nasi lemak. Here at Ali Muthu n ah Hock, disappointingly, Commercialized dishes of nasi lemak ayam goreng. Looks nice on instagram, but never to offer great taste. Ok, i wont be mean, its OK, but not great. Ayam goreng is just OK n nothing to shout about... Other dishes are worst, Commercialized dishes of kueh teow goreng n other commercialized goreng gorengs.... The softboiled egg that i ordered is still raw n waterish. Coffees are premade bulk with jugs and not mug by mugs. So dont expect that you can request for kurang manis which is really kurang manis. Prices are a bit on the high side. Great thing is... They provide clean and nice dining environment. Village park is better in terms of food. But you might opt for ali muthu n ah hock if you prefer a more clean n less crowded dining experience. Its fairly crowded during...

Hate to mention but really irritated me. On 02/10/2020, I visited here in the morning around 10:34:57 and it's not too busy in the restaurant.

Trying to make an breakfast order as quite starving after long morning meeting. But after a long wait for about 10 minutes, still no one come to take my order even after I raised my hand few times with the staff noticed.

After a staff finally came to me, she rudely grab the order receipt from me without confirming my order. When I have further inquiry about the menu, she just left and go to another table, without leaving any communication or sign. My orders receipt were left on the table with a confused customer (which is me).

Since I was left alone with many question marks in my head, I had no choice but to left quietly and empty stomach. And it's a total waste of my time.

All I ask for is to at least answer my inquiry as the menu not stated clearly. I was disappointed with the service and swear that I will never ever step into this restaurant again,...

This place is absolutely give me the best value in term of quality. I came here often, this is my 5th time here, i never had any problem with my order compare to other places.

The food is serve very carefuly and the portion is really good, healthy. Cause i like to maintain healthy care, like small potion of rice but lots of protein and vegie in my serving esp nasi lemak, ikan bilis always ranggup, sambal always not too dry and not too watery.

The drinks also always nice, the sweet is just moderate and nice. Normally i order teh ais. Soya also nice.

And only this franchais can order roti bakar in alacarte, simple but really helpful, sometimes i dont want to spend so much.

The ambience and the place so big, got good music. Im hoping this shop last long and continue provide good services and good quality of food.
