I used to order Chagee from this outlet through Grab or Shopeefood. The few times I’ve ordered my favorite Chagee drink, a Large Peach Jasmine Tea with Normal Ice and ZERO SUGAR, I noticed that it is excessively sweeter than usual.
The first time, I ordered Chagee through Shopeefood. In Shopeefood, somehow there was no “Sugar Level” option for the drinks, so I’ve added a note to specify that I wanted it with Zero Sugar. They did not comply with the instruction, however, I gaslit myself into thinking, perhaps they did not notice the additional note. While special instructions are up to the behest of any F&B outlet, I believe this was fair since they did not have options for Sugar Level, and normally if you order at the counter, this is a valid request to make.
The second time, I went directly to the outlet so that I could explicitly say that I wanted a similar drink with no sugar. I was met with a worker who had clearly no time to serve customers. He rudely told me and another few customers to order for pickup through the app instead. Ordering through the app, there were Sugar Level options, and of course, I picked No Sugar. To my disappointment, when I arrived at home and tried the drink, it seemed that they did not comply to the No Sugar request again.
The third time, I ordered through the Grab app, and picked the same drink, requesting “No Sugar” again, through the Sugar Level options that was available in Grab. And again, this was not followed through, and it even made me believe that perhaps they changed the tea formulation for the Peach Jasmine Tea.
However, recently, I decided to ditch this outlet and ordered from the SS2 Chagee Outlet, and would you believe it, they actually made the Peach Jasmine Tea with no sugar, just the way that I normally had it before! Finally I figured out it was actually an outlet problem, and not a Chagee storewide change that I’ve just been made aware of.
All I’m saying is, please comply to the options provided to the customer. Everyone deserves to have their drink the way they enjoy it. I appreciate Chagee for having teas that are flavorful while being less sweet. I hope this outlet improves their customer service and products in the...

Came with a friend and noticed the buy1 free 1 I saw in my app after downloading it. Counter lady said, this can't use only some kl outlets. So I said OK. She suggested I used 50% voucher but must order peach oolong.. Since I've already ordered, I said it's ok coz it's also it's taking too long to make this order. She said no worries can collect points.
In the end, wallet payment got issue, waited longer.. Then finally I paid with card and sat down. Later I went back to ask how to scan receipt to add the purchase history to my app.. She said she thought I didn't want the points which was why she didn't scan my app earlier and said I went and sit down so that's why she didn't scan, denied also that she told me wrong info and finally explained actually all I just needed to do was order via app and I would have gotten the intended offer of buy 1 free 1... After much discussion she admitted it was her mistake (a bunch of miscommunicsted info!) and just continued to finish her work leaving me standing there...when I asked her if she was going to ignore me and do nothing, she stared blankly and looked stuck not knowing what to do.. So I just have to let it be since it's taken much time with no help.
There is a 6 cups stamp for a free cup which I would have done 2 cups today.. And now I'm on my 3rd cup for the day.. But because of poor communication of staff, it is not captured :/

Read moreI ordered yesterday at 8+PM and accidentally ordered my drink as pick up instead of delivery. Thus, I called the outlet to inform them my order number and asked whether i could change to delivery and pay the remaining cash on delivery, as i had already paid for my drink. A malay guy told me to order through lalamove and thus i was waiting for the drink to be done then only call lalamove, as i did not wanted the driver to wait. I waited for my drink till 10+PM and the outlet was already closed. I did not received my drink and my money is freaking deducted. Today morning i opened and the status was “completed” excuse me?? even used my birthday voucher for this order, so so so disappointed.
