This Tesco is one of the most convenient to shop around as it is always empty & promotion discounts also always goes on.

It's has ATM Bank Machine for cash withdrawal before entering the tesco.

The best thing about this Tesco is always on promotion for the products that will expire less than 1 weeks. Example Dutch Lady 1 liter will cost at RM4.88, but if it's on sale then it come be RM2.

Best time to shop for vegetables are always after 1pm as they will unload the fresh vegetables for sale on rack.

Most of household items are available from dry to wet things. Halal & Non Halal items are kept at different places.

Pork, Alcohol etc available in Non Halal section, near beverages section.

This Tesco is best among the rest Tesco Outlets. So why only give 3 Stars? Because of Staffs.

All the Indian Staffs are rude, lazy & not willing to help the Customers. Most of the cashier staffs are Indian, and when they scan the items they will not handle carefully. If you tell them to handle carefully then they will shows sour face to you. What kind of attitude?!

They even will avoid you they notice that you are looking for help to locate some items.

overall this place is not bad. Quite convenience for people around there. Its a very big place to walk and a lot of shop inside the buildings also. There are phone fixing shop, KFC, snack shop and others more.

Usually I come to Mr. Diy to buy things and inside tesco. This tesco also provide home delivery and its very suit for those who don't like to walk around.

The parking is free and lot of it. Those who planning to buy some grocery can come here to shop. There are different promotion every months with the points you collect at Tesco using ClubCard by Tesco.

Tesco is one of the biggest chain in whole world. Inside the tesco also payment is very fast and can use card payment plus e wallet payment. Such as Boost and Touch N Go ewallet. if you going to tesco can consider using cashless option to pay all the things purchase. This method will let the whole prcess become more faster can easy.

1 month Lotus team can not solve my complaint.

Dear team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding your recent promotion “Buy 1 Get 1 Free.” I placed an order under this promotion, but I only received 1 item instead of 2.

I have already called your support line twice and waited for 2 weeks, but the issue has not been resolved. At this point, I am no longer interested in the product.

I request you to:

Refund my payment in full; OR

Send me the missing promotional item as originally promised.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to raise this issue publicly on social media, as it is misleading for an app to advertise “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” and deliver only 1 item to customers.
