Gamuda Walk Mall — Attraction in Shah Alam

Decent neighbourhood mall and the only better looking mall in vicinity. Has all the basic shops - grocer, restaurants, pharmacy, telco, coffee and bargain corners. Has a lot of potential to be better. Sadly I think poor mall mgmt is the culprit, Gamuda doesn't know how to capitalise and make it exciting. 1) Boom gate to parking is a nightmare with no covered shade if it rains. Gamuda has no funds to upgrade? Such a basic must have. 2) parking charge should be halved until they fill up the shops. now, car parks mostly empty. 3) visibility of 2nd floor existence from ground or 1st is poor. no idea how to improve? 4) A fair chunk of shops had moved out with no new tenants. Is Gamuda rather keep high rates than bringing in good tenant mix to make it lively ? Upsides are Village Grocer and Mr DIY are in. Hopefully Gamuda knows how important it is to retain them. send key for duplication twice on one of the locksmith at the basement. both time ill need to send the key back for "amendment" as the key is not able to open the lock. Engage the locksmith to replace new locks for house. i think he recommended the wrong type of lock (i bough myself). after first visit, he no show anymore to settle his unsettle job. Excuses given including no grab to fetch him (he demand to be fetch), i did not answer his whatsapp even though i told him im waiting for him. Dun get it why he can use his phone to dial my number if i didnot answer whatsapp immediately.
