Please service your aircond. I booked queen deluxe room and the aircond tak rasa langsung! I dapat bilik next to the lif at level 5. I ask for room change tapi takde room available. I ask for refund tak dapat sebab your staff said I paid to 3rd party. I paid RM124 macam tu je, but in the end terpaksa check out. The room itself very small so memang heaty, thats fine but how you expect customer to stay in the room with bilik yang panas, aircond tak sejuk at all even at max speed fan at 16 degree celcius? Check in process also problem because i booked at ibook but your staff said belum dapat email booking confirmation, padahal I dah dapat 3 emails confirmation 1 hour before check in. I dont blame the staff, the staff was very polite and thank you. I hope I can get my refund because this is unfair. I dont understand why i cannot get the refund, its not my fault anyhow. First impressions is good and I was impressed by the hospitality and the front office service to our complaint about the room. The whole stay was enjoyable for our family. However I was annoyed by the staff named Yuli (who apparently also from Indonesia) who is with no manner has been unpleasantly informing the staff that I can use the electricity in the common area near the microwave. I wasnt talking or engaging anything with her but she just kepo and call upon the front office girl because she wants to use the microwave and to let me know that I have to use electricity in my room. I can honestly will understand if the staff will tell me nicely however this kind manner is not acceptable to hotel customer specially in hospitality industry. Malaysia takle maju kerana korg! Sampah mentality. Slamming doors even in the middle of the night without care of other people. They aren't aware the are in shared space. Take your money to somewhere else. It's very obvious the management doesn't care about the comfort of a guest. As an ex-hotelier, this is the worse management for guest. Strong Smoking smells all over the place. No obvious sign of no Smoking in the room. No obvious of sign of silent in the corridor. Do stay if you want sleepless smelly and noisy night.
