First day already mess, they give a room without housekeeping first. Then, he said need 30mins to clean bcoz the maid are not arrive yet. While we already book a day before. They ask to wait but we need to hurry bcoz there's other work to do. They gave a new room. Also, new room but the heater still have water with ant and the dustbin in toilet are still have rubbish inside, basically when we got new room all things must be clean like new. But then, a few hours stay at the same day someone outside open the door of my room and see me inside. One of the staff said she know her mistakes but didn't said sorry but the others employee said it. It hurts my feelings for this bad bad service i ever got for a hotel.
