On Double 11th Day (11/11/2024), I ordered two drinks by using ZUS COFFEE app. Hoping to meet the âbuy two Frappe drinks, get a free small giftâ promotion event. When I arrived at the store, I found that one of my drink not in Frappe Series. So I ordered one additional Frappe drink in-store to qualify for the promotion. However, the staff informed me that he already key-in my previous app order(2 drinks) as one order, so could not be combined with now additional order to get small gift, and that I would need to purchase two more Frappe drinks in a single transaction order to get the small gift. In total to buy 4 drinks to get small gift. In the end, I wasnât able to receive the small gift, I just cancel the in-store order and just get 2 drinks and left the store.
I understand when I order in app, I didnât check properly is the two drinks in Frappe Series to qualify a small gift. However, I believe the staff can help me out when I want to purchase another one Frappe drink to combine with my previous order. I ALREADY WANT to purchase another one Frappe drink, but the staff just said order had been key-in, need to buy another two Frappe drinks, not just one Frappe drink to get small gift. If staff helps me out, total I will buy 3 drinks only to make up for my mistake. Because it will be so expensive to buy 4 drinks while I only meant to purchase 2 in the beginning, I had tried to buy 3 in total to compensate for my mistake. Instead, the staffs rudely insisted that I must buy 4 for the gift. It just doesnât make sense and illogical.
I request manager to take note on staffâs serving attitude (behaving rude and disdain), and way of solving problems, do lecture them and provide sufficient training for the staffs to increase customer counts and statisfactory. I was ordering Americano Pomelo and sheâs playing dumb and I had to call my wife to confirm if the drink is available. The actual name is Pomelo Americano. While I was seated waiting for my drink, not even bother to inform despite I was the only person ordering at that time.
If you think itâs such a big deal that you canât work while berbuka puasa, then donât work. Simple as that. Please take note on your staff, ZUS Malaysia.
