Read moreVery bad experience! Been instructed to go ASIDE download their apps to purchase ticket. Finish downloaded and purchased, I re-queue again but found the person WHO queue behind me can just standing front of counter to download and finish the ticket purchase. When my turn, been instructed again, I can just SHOW the purchased record at entrance and enter premise. it was WASTED about 10min re-queue there due to they didn’t give us FULL instruction. Kids was happy and excited wanted to enter the premise. We been instructed again, there have no wash room inside, ONCE you exit the premise you can’t enter again.10 of us SPENT about another 10min for wash room. Once we enter the main entrance, they will pass you the snow shoe using their eye measure your feet, but all WRONG size. After we saw others take the sock from a basket only we know the real GOOD quality sock is free by each ticket. We take off our snow shoe again and change the GOOD sock. Then we been instructed again, locker rental need to top up credit into the apps to rent a locker, spent time again. Very smoothly to get a jacket and enter into snow house. The funny thing happened, we was very excited saw bumper car. all of us standing infront of the staff, been instructed again, each car only allow 1person, each time only allow 6 bumper car. Starting we arrange some kid can share 1car. No choice we need to separate and make two time. After finish the first round with happily, second batch enter the bumper car premise with happily. Suddenly the BOY staff use his HAND force and PULL my daughter, my daughter stun and stand there. Been instructed again, this kid can’t play the bumper car, reason under height. 120cm above required and my daughter 116cm. I’m so angry how can the staff use his hand with physical touch to stop a lady girl but not use mouth or a stop gesture! Very rude staff! All of us was standing infront of him at first, especially those kid but he didn’t mention about the height at all. just only told us, each car one person. I go to the front desk, one of the senior staff explain with polite. Only this bumper car had height limit due to dangerous activity. My daughter accept the reason. After an hour in snow house, I realized that, all of the slide inside the snow house is more dangerous than the bumper car due to the speed. The bumper car speed is just slow like those kid electric car as I have one at my home also. And I don’t even dare to play the slide due to adult weight with the speed to slide down. When exit, we been instructed again, we need to top up credit into the apps to buy the photo. Conclusion, a very cold with snow blower place but rude and careless staff, trouble apps, and not cheap doesn’t worth. depend how long you can spent and...
Read moreOverall it's a bad experience we had. They have plenty of staffs but then none are really helpful and friendly. Everything you want or need in snowalk, you need to pay for it. Even for a locker. They don't cater a place for you to just put your shoes but you need to pay the locker to put your shoes. Then about the jackets given by the staff, it is dirty, smelly and we can hardly zip nor button. So it isn't really helpful. No proper maintainence of the jackets. Nevertheless, it's really really cold inside and we cannot just go in with the jacket and boots provided. So we were forcefully buying their handgloves and hat at RM20for each sets. The gloves are really thin which not helpful at all. And we asked the staff what is the temperature inside and we were told that it's negative 5 (-5 degree celcius). So question now, can a jacket, boot, thin gloves and hat helped under -5degree? Even the staff are wearing at least 3jackets to cater the coldness inside. We even asked for extra jackets but was informed that only 1person can get 1. There's no directory mention that only 1person get 1. And I only saw it mention that jacket and boot are provided. So if there's no crowd there, why can't you just provide us the jackets for us to enjoy since we paid for 4paxs and spend on gloves with hat? The temperature is so cold inside and my kids are freezing cold. We barely can enjoy for more than 5minutes inside there. Ended up we gave up and leave the place which we spend for RM200 for entrances without able to play the slides, bumper car nor any others. There's no proper guideline nor directory to inform the temperature inside the room. The temperature should be seen at all times by consumer. Also there's no toilet inside this snowalk and if you want to go toilet, you will have to exit the entrance. you are not allowed to enter once exit. It makes inconvenient for consumer . Now we felt like a scam because we paid for extremely over priced entrance. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY...
