Overall it's a bad experience we had. They have plenty of staffs but then none are really helpful and friendly. Everything you want or need in snowalk, you need to pay for it. Even for a locker. They don't cater a place for you to just put your shoes but you need to pay the locker to put your shoes. Then about the jackets given by the staff, it is dirty, smelly and we can hardly zip nor button. So it isn't really helpful. No proper maintainence of the jackets. Nevertheless, it's really really cold inside and we cannot just go in with the jacket and boots provided. So we were forcefully buying their handgloves and hat at RM20for each sets. The gloves are really thin which not helpful at all. And we asked the staff what is the temperature inside and we were told that it's negative 5 (-5 degree celcius). So question now, can a jacket, boot, thin gloves and hat helped under -5degree? Even the staff are wearing at least 3jackets to cater the coldness inside. We even asked for extra jackets but was informed that only 1person can get 1. There's no directory mention that only 1person get 1. And I only saw it mention that jacket and boot are provided. So if there's no crowd there, why can't you just provide us the jackets for us to enjoy since we paid for 4paxs and spend on gloves with hat? The temperature is so cold inside and my kids are freezing cold. We barely can enjoy for more than 5minutes inside there. Ended up we gave up and leave the place which we spend for RM200 for entrances without able to play the slides, bumper car nor any others. There's no proper guideline nor directory to inform the temperature inside the room. The temperature should be seen at all times by consumer. Also there's no toilet inside this snowalk and if you want to go toilet, you will have to exit the entrance. you are not allowed to enter once exit. It makes inconvenient for consumer . Now we felt like a scam because we paid for extremely over priced entrance. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ACTIVITY IN ICITY.

1/9/2023 - Overall ok la but here’s an absolute updated review on the place. I went with tickets i bought online. 1. You are given actual snow boots, not Phua Chu Kang rubber boots. 2. I think you can actually wear your own jacket which is better. Theirs looked like some raccoon died on it 😂 but ok la can wear. Mine had a broken zipper. 3. The toilet is OUTSIDE of the building. Once you tap in, you cant go anymore so please go before you tap into SnoWalk. 4. The locker is RM3 but must be paid via their own SuperApp. Download it into your phone beforehand and load RM10 (thats the minimum). The reception in there is non existent so please load up before you get there. Balance RM7 can be used to buy ice cream and drinks outside when you’re done. The locker is single use, make sure you are certain of the things you want to keep inside before you lock it. Failing which you have to pay another RM3. 5. We lasted 4 hours inside cos we were super prepared with thermal wear, double socks, scarves, earmuffs, snow gloves and beanies. One thing that worked amazingly well was face mask! Kept our face nice and warm. Also another tip, we wore water shoes on top of our double socks. So please size up your snowboots. 6. Bring tissues cos your nose will leak in there. 7. You enter straight into the bumper car room. To your left of the bumper car room is the entrance to the aurora play area. 3 sections with kids slide, donut slide and igloos tents bikes sleighs. To the right of the bumper car room that says exit is actually another area (best for us). Snow blowers, high slides and a super fast shoot slide. FUN!! But this is the coldest room. So glad we brought so much clothes along 😂 Staffs are helpful. Except that grumpy lady at the ice cream kiosk outside the building 😂

Parking - open space, but limited amount. if you are lucky, you can find some shades nearby the trees area. Wear your long johns/thermal innerwear if possible, or layers of clothes under even with the wintercoats and boots given, it is still freaking cold because the blower is quite brutal inside, if you know what i mean. Muffler and ear cover can help too if you have them. These accessories can be bought nearby the rental area but they are quite expensive. Glove is a must. Buy from daiso/diy. Or else you will not be able to stand the temperature inside. Locker provided is just enough to put all your shoes and small bag. Just leave other stuff in the car or the locker will not fit everything. Less brutal cold is at the slides area, nearby the exit, nearby the bumpercars. Kids can enjoy more time there as the snow is much more and the slides are fun to play. And 1 more attraction is the donut slides. Must play. If you prepare well with the clothes and everything, you can stand around 1hour± inside. Take a lot of pictures and enjoy your time in there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 4 star given. if the blower is less brutal, i would definitely give 5 stars.

Detailed Review of SnoWalk at i-City KL

Overview: SnoWalk, located within the i-City theme park in Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur, is an indoor winter wonderland that offers a unique escape from Malaysia's tropical climate. The attraction is designed to simulate a snowy environment, complete with ice sculptures, snow activities, and a chill atmosphere.

Atmosphere and Design: Upon entering SnoWalk, guests are immediately transported to a winter landscape. The interior is adorned with intricate ice sculptures and colorful LED lights that create a magical ambiance. The temperature is consistently maintained at a brisk -8°C, so visitors should come prepared with warm clothing, as the chill can be quite surprising.

Activities: SnoWalk features a variety of activities, making it suitable for all ages:

Snow Tubing: One of the highlights is the snow tubing area, where guests can slide down inflatable tubes on a snow-covered slope. It’s a thrilling experience, particularly for kids and young adults.

Snow Play Area: There’s a designated area for building snowmen, throwing snowballs, and simply playing in the snow. This is perfect for families looking to engage in some playful fun.

Ice Sculptures: Throughout the venue, visitors can admire stunning ice sculptures, which are meticulously crafted and themed. They add an artistic element to the overall experience.

Visitor Experience: The flow of the venue is well-organized, allowing guests to navigate the different areas without feeling cramped. However, on weekends and holidays, it can become quite crowded, which may lead to longer wait times for activities like snow tubing.

The staff are friendly and attentive, providing assistance when needed and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. They are also available to help with photography, capturing those memorable moments against the stunning backdrops.

Pricing: The ticket prices for SnoWalk are relatively reasonable considering the experience offered. However, some visitors might feel that the duration of the visit could be longer, as the experience can feel brief, especially during peak times.

Downsides: While the overall experience is enjoyable, there are a few drawbacks: Crowds: As mentioned, weekends can see large crowds, which may detract from the experience. Limited Duration: The time allocated for activities can feel short, particularly if there are long queues. Climate Suitability: While the cold is refreshing for some, those sensitive to colder temperatures may find it uncomfortable without adequate clothing.

Conclusion: SnoWalk at i-City KL is a captivating and fun destination that successfully brings the charm of winter to a tropical setting. With its engaging activities and beautiful design, it’s an excellent choice for families, tourists, and anyone looking to enjoy a unique experience. Just be sure to dress warmly and plan your visit to avoid peak times for the...

Very bad experience! Been instructed to go ASIDE download their apps to purchase ticket. Finish downloaded and purchased, I re-queue again but found the person WHO queue behind me can just standing front of counter to download and finish the ticket purchase. When my turn, been instructed again, I can just SHOW the purchased record at entrance and enter premise. it was WASTED about 10min re-queue there due to they didn’t give us FULL instruction. Kids was happy and excited wanted to enter the premise. We been instructed again, there have no wash room inside, ONCE you exit the premise you can’t enter again.10 of us SPENT about another 10min for wash room. Once we enter the main entrance, they will pass you the snow shoe using their eye measure your feet, but all WRONG size. After we saw others take the sock from a basket only we know the real GOOD quality sock is free by each ticket. We take off our snow shoe again and change the GOOD sock. Then we been instructed again, locker rental need to top up credit into the apps to rent a locker, spent time again. Very smoothly to get a jacket and enter into snow house. The funny thing happened, we was very excited saw bumper car. all of us standing infront of the staff, been instructed again, each car only allow 1person, each time only allow 6 bumper car. Starting we arrange some kid can share 1car. No choice we need to separate and make two time. After finish the first round with happily, second batch enter the bumper car premise with happily. Suddenly the BOY staff use his HAND force and PULL my daughter, my daughter stun and stand there. Been instructed again, this kid can’t play the bumper car, reason under height. 120cm above required and my daughter 116cm. I’m so angry how can the staff use his hand with physical touch to stop a lady girl but not use mouth or a stop gesture! Very rude staff! All of us was standing infront of him at first, especially those kid but he didn’t mention about the height at all. just only told us, each car one person. I go to the front desk, one of the senior staff explain with polite. Only this bumper car had height limit due to dangerous activity. My daughter accept the reason. After an hour in snow house, I realized that, all of the slide inside the snow house is more dangerous than the bumper car due to the speed. The bumper car speed is just slow like those kid electric car as I have one at my home also. And I don’t even dare to play the slide due to adult weight with the speed to slide down. When exit, we been instructed again, we need to top up credit into the apps to buy the photo. Conclusion, a very cold with snow blower place but rude and careless staff, trouble apps, and not cheap doesn’t worth. depend how long you can spent and...
