Made the booking via booking .com on the 9th May for stay on 28th May and made some enquiries through WhatsApp to +60187664857 since no answer and until the 21st of May no replies from the property . Called the numbers stated in their website are just hopeless bcz one of the number is a wrong number. Called booking.com call centre for help and even they couldn't contact the property. I made a complaint to their website and I just realised that they have been reading the whatsapp with disabled the read receipants. I have been wondering why the property isn't replying. After an hour I made a complaint, I received an email from booking.com that property would like to cancel my booking due to non receive pre payment ( 1st insist of cancellation ), on the 21st. I responded to booking.com with a screen shot of the properties page in booking.com that they only accepts cash, and no prepayment required. And how to make the payment when no one replies to any query. They don't even answer the call. And isn't it scary if we had to go through the same experience when the property don't reply or answer the call on the day we arrive.. anyway, I informed the property to kindly send the account number or can change my debit card and details are updated in booking.com. ( By the way, the deposit is RM300 + RM60 cleaning services). After a while I receive another notification that property request to cancel my booking bcz they can't accommodate to my early check in request at 1pm ( 2nd insist of cancellation ). I said that is fine if they can't allow for early check in, why need to cancel ? and after awhile they insisted again to cancel the booking due to they " identified" my enquiry about car parking for 5 cars, as a party gathering ( 3rd insist of cancellation ). How this people can assume such thing without reconfirming ? The trip is supposed to be a stay over after we the family members who travelling from far, to sleep over at the homestay after attending a wedding dinner. Now this is clearly shows either they are not happy when I had to escalate about their slow response. They requested me to accept the cancellation via whatapp which i did, and surprisingly the person is replying ! Very fast replying just to cancel my booking. Got to know the person name is Christy from another number i tried to enquire. I understand its the owner's right to allow or choose who they want to rent at thier homestay, but i tell you this is not fair to asking me to cancel 7days before my stay ! After all they owner / host is the one who being so inefficient at responding. It is so troublesome to find another place at very last minute ! Serious this people are either racist or double standard. They just can't accept feedback. And after coming here and trading the reviews, I'm like thank god i didn't end up here. Heard it's such a filthy place woth poor service, probably just like the owners/host attitude. Why this people are here...
Read moreThis condo for homestay is located in iCity Shah Alam. Very dusty and not clean. Unpleasant smell when enter into the condo. The owner/management company not friendly. Not attentive to complaints. Don't answer call our reply to sms messages. The towels, utensils, pillows, shower soap is pathetic. Only few spoons and forks. No knife. To obtain the keys, you will practically get lost in the parking because the owner/management company don't provide proper instructions. Regret booking this unit.
