To other customer, please do listen carefully when the waiter repeat your order and don't assume the waiter take the right order. I have been to this branch before and I even was there last sunday. So I assumed all will be good, I listened the waiter repeat my order but I did not hear the flavour and I take it lightly.
Unfortunately, when the order came, I got a different flavour. Apparently the waiter ambik order yang salah. I told them and I expect they can just change the chicken, but apparently the waiter that took my order came and told me I am the one that making the wrong order. He told me that I showed the wrong picture in the menu and say soy not honey. I start to marah because of how confident he is to tell me that I am the one yang salah order, did he even think that he might tersalah keyin or dengar or tengok gambar. In my mind I only remember flavour honey and red pepper so tak logik I will say word soy. And when I check the menu again, I know i show honey at the menu because I remember honey series picture, the menu layout and the price. I 100% confident. I admit I was also wrong because I take it lightly when he repeat my order, so ya I need to accept the soy chicken. However, they give me additional 3 honey chicken foc, which I appreciate.
So please listen to the waiter when they repeat your order (including the flavour) and dont expect that they will get it right even you been there 100 times and never get the wrong food. If it's wrong, they cannot just change your order list, the waiter might accuse you of making the wrong order and you need to eat that food. This time I just get the order list when they send me the food. So I couldn't check the order list before that. I would still recommend this place, just that please listen carefully and ask if you dont get what they said. I hope no one kena...
