We came to this place on a a rainy day due to the highly rated reviews. we were greeted with water and a cold towel to freshen up. The masseuse assigned to me was nice and friendly when welcoming us and assisting us with the raincoats and helmets but then the massage started, one of the worst ones I’ve had so far in Thailand. First, she didn’t ask me if the pressure was okay. It felt like she was piercing my body. So I asked to be less hard. 2nd, she made me feel like she wasn’t in the mood to massage me at all. As if she was rushing.. She roughly picked up my arm and placed where it should be. 3rd, she hardly brushed her needle fingers across my wrist veins and it numbed up my right hand. 4th again, she went back to the same pressure from the beginning, and not even in the right places (excruciating pressure on my bones). I had to remind her again. Overall the massage was not soothing at all. I took the aromatherapy oil massage because it’s meant to be relaxing. This was the first time I had a painful one. After she was no where to be found. Usually the girls would come and bid you farewell, and that’s where we would tip them. I just asked the other girl who massaged my bf to hand it to her. Tho I felt she didn’t deserve it, I wanted to be kind and still reward her.

Apart from the massage, the staff in general are super kind. They even gave my bf slippers to wear to walk in the rain because he had sneakers on. I would suggest that she practice on her colleagues to better her skills, as this place is rated #1 on TripAdvisor in Krabi.
