Maison Eureka — Attraction in Moka

Bought entrance with menu, dissatisfied Food was ok, but staff during service at the table informed us that desert is not included ( as I remembered it should be so during payment we asked and it was, we got it). No drinks (even water) included in this "entrance" menu, you have to pay separately. Second thing - trail, in my opinion not worth paying 300MUR (if you decide not to eat), nothing special, I had no opportunity to visit house because noone informed us that they will close at 5pm, would be nice just to say that we should first visit house not the waterfalls. The waterfalls track is ok but looking at map I saw there should be alternative return path from waterfall 4 - there wasn't, it is not maintained anymore, I had tried to find it, gave up after 15 minutes. Negative opinion, won't...

Paradise house. Time travel to 1836. Gorgeous interior design. You can freely walk around the house (it does not feel like a museum which was great. Not warning signs and restrictions like in a regular boring stiff museum) Very charming staff. Entrance 300 rupees per person (card accepted). Animals such as tropical birds, Chicken and dogs walking freely on the property. Parking available. Take 1-1,5hours relaxed. Behind the garden you can hike to the 4 waterfalls. Super nice but wear proper foot wear (no flipflop,hike can be challenging for elderly maybe) Restaurant was awesome with a breathtaking view,food excellent. Menu around 500 rupees (10€),drinks between 150-300 rupees,try Eurekas punch Cocktail with fresh orange juice-a dream. Thanks for this spectacular day & time...

We went there today but house was close although by the schedule it should have been open. But that's not the main problem. When we arrived and looked for the entrance a huge dog from that area attacked us (I don't think it's a stray dog because looked like a pedigree - I don't know about dogs but I think it looks like a bulldog  or somethink similar). We were not in private area, we did not go beyond any fences, we were near the public road on the scootor. My girlfriend managed to run to the scooter on which I was. The dog was very aggressive. We started to leave her, the dog chased us, as a result, we fell at the turn. What would happen if someone was there with small children? I think the owner of the dog has no...
