Taste of Asia Bagatelle Mall — Restaurant in Moka

Terrible service at TASTE OF ASIA Bagatelle. We ordered a Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp for takeaway, but when we got home, we found beef inside instead of chicken. We don’t eat beef, so we immediately brought it back.

Shockingly, there was no supervisor present, and all the staff on duty (Malagasy employees) showed no concern at all. When we asked for a contact number to escalate the issue, they flatly refused.

This is completely unacceptable. Serving the wrong food—especially when it involves dietary restrictions—is a serious mistake. On top of that, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care makes the experience even worse.

Upon arrival today i was told to wait for 15 mins, ended up waiting for 45 mins,queried staff who seemed uninterested, then was told that the Chef is not at work so no food can be prepared, was also told that it is up to management to decide the time for opening and starting work and yet they were open with other customers waiting for the same amount of time, very annoyed by staff behaviour and lack of consideration...
