Service was horrible. Staff is not welcoming at all and very disorganised. We stayed seated without anyone even caring to take our orders. Gestured the staff that we were ready to order but avoided eye contact and just pass through us without even a word.

Another table which came after us was taken care before us. We had to wait for a good 25 mins for a waiter to finally come and take our orders.

Majority of the foreign staff were probably not given the appropriate training. No smile, another table behind us wanted to request for something but the waiter did not want to engage.

I did not expect a 5 star service but the tiny shacks and roadside stalls offer better and friendlier service than this place.

Maybe the HR needs to be replaced because the staff is obviously not fit for this type of work.

I work in the f&b hotel industry and would have been made redundant immediately if I worked like that.

Would have left but was too late and there were children who were already hungry.

The food is average and way more expensive as compared to competition nearby.

I recently dined at The Sea folks in Bagatelle for the first time, and it turned out to be a delightful Valentine’s dinner surprise from my wife. The service exceeded my expectations; the staff was attentive and managed to keep things moving swiftly, even while the restaurant was bustling with activity. The food was outstanding, starting with the crispy calamari, which was tender rather than rubbery, and the Tandoori Lasooni Jhinga (prawns) that were simply exquisite. For my main course, I opted for the Chicken Parmigiana, which was perfectly seasoned and quite satisfying. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, with our waiter Rohit displaying professionalism and helpfulness throughout our meal. If I had to voice a concern and recommendation, it would be regarding the décor, which appears to need some refreshing, as I noticed the wallpaper peeling in our section. We recently organised a team lunch at Seafolks, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I spoke to Arjun, the manager, about reservations and orders for 27 people, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. He made sure everything was perfectly organised, and everyone received their food on time.

A special thanks to Adarsh, who went above and beyond by carefully distributing takeaway meals while continuing to serve everyone with a smile. Rohit and Anand were equally wonderful — warm, attentive, and quick to provide anything we needed.

The food was absolutely 10/10 – a big thanks to Chef Ajay and his team for preparing such delicious dishes. Many of us were fasting for Navratri, and they made sure we had suitable options without compromising on taste or quality.
