First of all i was in a very depress situation where i opted to go at flying dodo to have the most relaxing time in this atmosphere. When i reached there it was around 9.30 they told me that they are going to close earlier today, we have told thek that at least they should upload a notice on their pages to inform clients, but they told us they can make an arrangemnt but we won't get big orders but can have only snacks.. hubby and i said its ok, give us a crispy chicken which took not more that 7mins to come.. to our great surprise after having 2pieces and hubby is taking one more he found that the crispy chicken that is in the basket down is cold and not hot as those above. We called the waiter and explained,he said he will check, i requested to talk to the manager, he approched us with a very polite way, i just asked him how come in the fries basket the above crispy chicken is hot, and those pieces down so cold. He answered i dnt know, i will have to ask with the kitchen. I told him its okay go and ask the same question and then you give me the answer.
After few minutes manager came and said that the kitchen can't give an answer and he is sincerely appologising for this situation and ask if we would like to order something else. We refused and just asked to get it removed from our bills...
What are this poor services that you are providing, you are taking food left by other table and giving to ppl or what is this rubbish thing you guys are doing.. we paid for these services, not coming to eat for free... we clients we come for a relaxing peaceful time and paid to get bad food..
Its impossible to get any food cook where half is hot and half cold..
Dear responsible person in charge, try to check if everything is working out properly so that you don't get bad reviews, if there is no clients safisfaction, you won't be able to run a business.. clients satisfaction is a must where doing business,especially food businesses... thank you very much for taking time to read this...
Read moreFood is average. Live band is good. Staff is slow. I went at 5pm and the whole place was empty but they were all placed with reserved signs for other customers. They managed to find us a tall table after 10 minutes of waiting. Staff just hanging around talking among themselves most of the time. The waitress came after 5 minutes to take our order, abruptly left to serve other customers and did not come back. We spent another 15 minutes to get another waiter. He was friendly and nice, took our order and we waited for a long time for our food. The pizza is not bad, but nothing to brag about. The pasta is normal as well. We tried their beer. The mango beer and house beer brewed by them was good. The live band played nice music. The staff cleared our table and forgot about our desserts. We had to remind them twice. The dessert beer crumbele was amazing and something I would definitely go back for. Plates were dirty though. There were many tables with reserved signs on it for the entire 2 hours I was there with nobody sitting there but many customers queuing. A nice place to visit if waiting...

However, the bar manager arrogantly told us “it’s closed right now” even though there were clearly other customers still inside at both the front and back of the establishment. When we politely asked what time they actually close, his response was unprofessional and rude: “It closes at the time I say it closes, and it is now.” This is incredibly poor customer service and false advertising. If you’re going to close early, at least update your posted hours or politely explain the situation to potential customers. Don’t treat people like they’re inconveniencing you for showing up during your own posted business hours. I’m giving one star because I didn’t get the chance to experience the food, drinks, or atmosphere due to being turned away so rudely. Based on this interaction with management, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others. Update your hours if you’re not actually open until 11 PM, and train your staff on basic...
