Jan’s place was exactly as described with great amenities in the unit. He arranged transportation from and to the airport. The driver was so kind to make a stop to the grocery store, Fresko, before dropping us off. Great view of the arch. The pools were cleaned, more lounge chairs added while we were there. They are renovating the swim-up bar and the Misiones Restaurant will be servicing the bar soon. The beach is a short walk on either side (catch the sunrise on the condo side - I used the yoga mat Jan provided for my sun salutations) and the sunset from your unit setting over the arch. Great restaurants in walking distance (try Sunset Monalisa, Sead (eco-friendly, great breakfast) and any of the 4 at The Cape Hotel (reservations needed). There is also a small market on site for any last-minute items. The only issue is there is construction of more condos nearby and the construction sounds are very audible from the unit, just put on headphones/earbuds. The unit is away from the hustle and bustle of city, but Uber and taxis will take you to your excursions, which are plenty in Cabo (ATVs, camel rides, zip lining (bike or not, 1 is over 30 minutes long), snorkeling, sailing for whale watching (we say 3 whales), swimming with the dolphins, night life or just relax...

I'd give Jan and his company, services 10 stars if I could. Jan planned our entire wedding in Cabo and it came out better than we could have ever imagined. He took care of everything from giving our guests places to stay, booking the most amazing caterer we've ever had, DJ, bartenders, Photographer, Drone Videographer, Churro Dessert Cart, shuttle service, table and chairs, he even decorated our venue, and stocked the bar. He booked us dinner for 50 people the night before at the beautiful Villa Serena, a whale watching booze cruise, got reservations for us at night clubs and showed up in ten minutes when we called him needing help. We got married in one of his properties in Cabo Bello with the best view in all of Cabo, and then had our after party in another one of his listings that's an architectural dream. Honestly, my husband and I can't say enough about this man whom we didn't even know in the beginning (nor had we ever even been to Cabo), but he took the most professional care of us. Everything he does is with precision. You are in good hands with that man, whatever you need...

From the very beginning, he was professional, kind and accommodating. He didn't just rebook us- he took the time to explain everything clearly, provided extra information about Villa Del Mar and the area, and made sure we felt completely comfortable and taken care. He even stocked us with extra goodies for us to enjoy. The Villa was absolutely stunning and nothing short of incredible. The pictures online truly do it no justice - 10x better in person. Spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and right on the beach with breath taking views. Every detail of this villa was thought of and it felt like the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Jan's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable trip. This company and this property deserve far more than 5 stars. We will definitely be booking...
