AGI Tours — Attraction in Cancún

We booked a round trip transfer to Isla Mujeres and found that Javier and his team were fantastic. We found that they communicated with us promptly and their service was excellent. From the time we arrived at the airport, to the time we left, we found that Javier and his team were very punctual. We found that they were reliable, honest and easy to work with. We started this venture on the right foot with transportation from Cancun Airport to the ferry and then to our hotel on Isla Majures. Our return transportation was just the opposite. Our greeter at the hotel advised that the company had arranged for a private ferry from the island back to Cancun. The boat they put us on was in very poor condition, has no AC, and the two fans on the boat were broken as well as the generator. By the time we arrived on shore, in a very sketchy area, I had sweat through all the clothing I had planned on wearing for the flight home. Very disappointed with this company and will...

I'd give zero stars if I could. We coordinated and checked in with AGI 3 separate times throughout the week we were on Isla Mujeres to verify we would have a driver to accept us in Cancun after our ferry docked at 12:30am Saturday morning to transport us to the airport. A taxi DID pick us up from hotel and the ferry DID take us to cancun, but Francisco WAS NOT there when we arrived in cancun. So it's the middle of the night with two obvious tourists in MEXICO on New years day STRANDED. Luckily a security guard, who was trying to leave so he could go home, found us a taxi after being gone for 20 minutes....
