The worst place ever ! stay away ! The women that works here that does tattoos is super rude not only she couldn’t follow the templete on the tattoo i wanted she wrote my tattoo wrong it was supposed to say self love now it says sell love ( if your asking why didn’t i ask her to fix it at the moment it’s cause i didn’t even notice from how swollen my arm got ) I got an infection because she put some much pressure on the E and L i wish i would have token more pictures but there was a hole on the E i had to take meds for over a week in order for my tattoo to heal correctly she put so much pressure on my arm my arms was purple for days Please stay away from this place im not sure why they have so many good reviews when there so unprofessional why would you hire someone that doesn’t know how to do tattoos when i tried to stop her she couldn’t hear me because she had her music on blast i tired to get her attention and she couldn’t hear me i had to wave right...

I got my hair cut from a young guy that was very polite and nice, but definitely not a hairdresser. My cut is far from good and I got no wash and dry as stated on the price list. I am sorry to give a bad review because the guy making the cut was very nice with me, but the price and the place suggested that I was going to have the best barber shops experience.. but it's just marketing as almost always in tourist areas of Mexico. I told the guy at the reception about the bad cut and the lack of wash, he just politely rose his shoulder saying basically nothing. He charged the full price of 230 pesos with the usual 5% surcharge for the card payment. It's a real disappointment, such a beautiful place in such a central area that turns out to be basically a scam. My previous cut in Tulum was 80 pesos and way better and faster than this fancy...

So I entered the shop and asked the reception girl about the head haircut she doesn’t speak English very well, but she used Google translation to make sure that I understand everything how much and how long it will take.

After a while Valeria came by and asked me if I want water and then I went for the haircut now it’s my first time there and I just showed Valeria a photo of me how I want the haircut man she nailed it the best barber so far for me in whole Cancun.

Definitely won’t...
