Any more stars reviews are very questionable. Even if the hotel offers a cheap rate the number one priority is to provide a nice rest sleep right? That being said. This is a typical day: upon arrival we notice the air conditioner was very noisy (looked like a second hand repaired machine) only setting too cold or nothing so we prefer to shut it down. The room and bathroom didn't look clean maybe because was old and not maintain but you get used to it after the 3rd day. Then no hot water for this matter we learn that sometimes during the day only cold water is available so shower when available the minute we went to bed the laud music start we closed the windows but with no success it was so loud the door vibrates ( I'm not and expert but the building materials and sound isolation looked so bad ) we were at the 3rd floor we had a hard time sleeping in a sauna with to much noise coming from the Disco at a time there were 3 diferente music from the restaurant in front and the Plaza behind the Hotel now you are going to lol after the music was done 5 am the chicken start chanting for about hour finally deep sleeping until 7:30 am when the people of the Restaurant La Adelita wake you up with laud music (by the way the same music all week) in the morning we complain at the front desk the answer was a creepy freaky laugh (we understood OK gracias Señor) at the restaurant for the included breakfast it is the toast or pancakes with a bit of fruit and coffee not bad but consider a good tip or even so you may end up with some else left over toast as we did, after breakfast we run to the beach to rest and sleep and that make our day witch was the reason we came in the first place. The pool is Okay there are little lizards some times around nice little animales from the region I even found one in my bedroom but never running in my face while trying to sleep. In any case you should consider to move to a different hotel, after the first day as many did we were about to waste yet another day looking for a hotel at the end my wife suggested to move to a quiet room so we moved to the back with the pool view but same result. I did finish the review our last day at the hotel at 4 am ( the Kareoke downstairs still going ) I'll have a chance to sleep in the...
Read moreIt’s a budget hotel. Around $30 a night. The moment you walk up to the reception desk, which is enclosed like a check into cash place, a musty stinky smell hits you. The kind when there’s rotting food stuck in the crevices in a very dirty kitchen and the waitress is sweating. You use an old fashioned key to get into the room. You get a mini fridge but no microwave. No phone in the room, you have to use your own cell for anything, no coffee maker, no cups, no box of tissues, no bath mats, two small rolls of toilet paper, no full set of towels, just two medium sized bath towels, no blanket, just a top sheet, the window doesn’t close properly, no screen so mosquitos will get in, the tv remote doesn’t work properly to change channels, no desk clock in the room, no rugs on the floor just all title and stone which actually seem clean, the tv console needs the mat to be thoroughly cleaned, no dresser or closet, no vending machines, two very small soaps and very small one or two ounce shampoo bottle. Shower has lukewarm water and takes a few minutes to get to that point from cool. There’s an AC unit on the wall which cools ok but then again there’s the smell so the room doesn’t smell fresh. I imagine it’s dirty inside it. There’s a very strong musty smell in the room and in pillows. It’s hard to sleep on them with that smell going up my nose. The mattress is a thinner standard size. I imagine the laundry machines and linen room have not been cleaned or sanitized which make it so smelly and it gets soaked in the beddings and linens. The small elevator buttons panel is falling apart and only four people can fit inside. The hallways are dark and only turn on with a motion sensor while walking through. You have the fridge but really there’s nothing to put inside. Supposedly there’s remodeling but who knows. The first floor has murals which are interesting. There’s mold and mildew on the walls outside. So you can guess where else it may be. The popcorn walls and ceiling may have asbestos I don’t know. There’s a pool but I don’t trust it. This entire place needs to power washed in bleach. Outside, however, you have walkable...
Read moreDO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY, WITH BED BUGS. ROACHES. NO BLANKETS. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I AM GOING HOME TO AMERICA COVERED IN BITES AND WELTS!
This was the most disgusting, vile and putrid hotel I have EVER had the displeasure of experiencing. This hotel was so DISGUSTING it made me literally sick. The elevator in this terrible establishment did not work, so we can had to climb to the third floor with our heavy luggage. The people at the front desk have terrible attitudes, it was absolutely unwelcoming and disgusting. The “sushi” bar in the lobby of the hotel was dimly lit and you can smell the salmonella from outside of the door. NOW FOR THE BEST PART. the sinks and showers and toilets constantly steamed out a disgusting SEWAGE like STENCH that turned your stomach, the bed was HARD like a 2x4 and we woke up aching every morning. This dump also had no blankets, and the thin, blood stained sheets with rips were absolutely disgusting. We had to go to Walmart to buy blankets and towels because not only were their linens stained with bodily fluids and blood, they did not replace our towels when they cleaned our room. We woke up with bug bites every single morning and there were MASSIVE roaches the size of a men’s palm greeting us every morning. The pool was absolutely disgusting, the “spa” was mediocre and sad, and the entire hotel was FILTHY. This place is an absolute DUMP. it was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU. THIS PLACE IS A FILTHY DUMP. DO NOT. COME....
