"Gringos beware" I took out $200 on 2nd floor with passport photo on phone and driving licence. They put your money on card and you can only spend on floor you have card ie red,black.....so you need different cards on each floor. On top floor head manager "Claudia" would not let me use card as I didn't have physical passport but 2 days ago they took $200 without passport. (They took photo with camera last time!!) This rule didn't apply to locals only foreigners....this is blatantly designed to pissoff gringos to forget money they have on...

Es un buen lugar, limpio, tienen valet parking y los chicos son muy amables.
Las máquinas las renuevan constantemente aproximadamente 4 veces al año, son muy vistosas, hay pocas baratas y tienen mucha variedad, el lugar es de tres pisos:
La planta baja tiene máquinas de todo, el área de comida y el área de apuesta de deportes.
El primer piso es el área de fumar, igualmente tiene varias máquinas y ahí se encuentran las mesas de póker, ruleta y black jack.
El segundo piso al parecer es de puro poker o juegos de mesa.
La comida es buena y el platillo más caro no sobrepasa los $90, lo recomendable es el pollo a la cordon blue, la hamburguesa hawaiana y las tostadas de picadillo.
Lo malo, el servicio de comida llega a tardar hasta 1 hora (máximo) en traerte tu comida a la mesa o a tu máquina que estés jugando.
Esta última vez la hamburguesa palace no me agradó como otras veces.
El café y el agua es gratuito, recomiendo el café...
