Ruben’s Hamburgers — Restaurant in Mexico City

Rubens is famos for their Hamburger, but the one I ate, was of low quality ground meat. How do I know ? Well, if the hamburger is kinda sluggy, means the meat had a high percentage of fat and is not "baking" together very well. Actually I original wanted a burger from chicken, however they had no chicken that day. Also, if I order fries, I expect to get them with the burger and not before and whatever garnish you want to offer, please put them on the table with the food and not afterwards. Les pongo una estrella porque es lo menos pero les pondría 0, el miércoles fuimos a comer y nos tuvieron 30 minutos esperando en una fila a la que jamás se acercaron a preguntarnos nada. Una vez que entramos nos tomaron la orden desde el inicio ya que sabíamos lo que queríamos pedir y después de casi 1 hora y media nos dimos cuenta que el mesero nunca nos había comandado la orden, le preguntamos que que había pasado con nuestra orden y nos contestó horrible. El gerente sin soluciones sobre lo que paso el encargado de piso se escondía y el machito del mesero con contestaciones horribles.

Fuimos bastante pacientes esperamos y si no hubiera sido porque preguntamos nos hubieran tenido ahí sentados por siempre.

Me parece una falta de respeto enorme ya que como se los comenté ese día su trabajo como meseros es estar revisando las mesas y ese día tenían muchas mesas vacías, cómo es posible que "no se dieran cuenta" que una mesa llevaba más de una hora sin dos hamburguesas.
