Plaza La Rosa — Attraction in Mexico City

The delivery service is a complete joke. From the moment the lady on the phone has other 4 calls at the time so she just stops talking and you wonder if she is still there, to 1.5hr later that I call to ask for the food status and they lie saying that they came over and there was no ring bell on the "house" when I live in a building. Clearly they never came. Then the guy who earlier claimed he was the delivery boy now says he is the manager and if I don't pay cash he can't deliver, that they never came but they could be here in 5min again but only paying cash... (Jonathan) This sounds like a scam to me to get some cash. They were rude and the lack of training is just ridiculous. If your service is going to be that bad then don't offer it and let ubereats do...

My phone broke, so I went there to buy a phone I could use until fixing the other one. In the end I got recommended a phone that was so slow I couldn't use it. They replaced the phone with another one, after recommending it to my, even though I asked if it is also really slow. They said no, gave me a different model, I paid extra and in the end it was still just as slow. I couldn't replace it anymore. So now I have this super slow phone not working at all. Two places within half a block. Long lines in both places. About an hour wait. Food was delicious. Rolled tacos, very good, thick and tasty. Pozole was good. Excellent customer service. My only complain is the time. I Rather go to the one in Polanco. BUT, they flunk when it comes to the restroom facilities. How is it possible that a restaurant that has a forty-minute-constant waiting line has only one...
