I bought my tickets online about a half hour before the show, arrived at the door and showed them my confirmation email with QR code, and they told me they had to get a manager to change the ticket because it was in the wrong format. After 10 minutes of getting scolded for I don’t know what, I finally downloaded the right type of digital ticket they wanted to see with the exact same QR code I had already showed them and they finally let me in. el lugar esta increíble, muy buen espacio, el personal te atiende bien y el sonido genial. lo malo es cuando te toca sentarte enfrente del dueño. explico: fui a una función que esperaba por años, literalmente años. cuando nos dieron ingreso y empezó el espectáculo sin problemas, lo malo fue que el dueño del teatro quiso ver la función y allí es donde se acabo lo bueno. literalmente la mitad de la función hablando, no se callaba, con voz fuerte, le preguntaba a otros espectadores de que se trataba la función (los molestaba). fui con el personal de teatro y pues no podían hacer nada, era el dueño, tuvieron que cambiarme a otro lugar, (mas barato a pesar de que había comprado el boleto mas caro) y solo así disfrute la función. al parecer nunca se calló, y como se que era el dueño, porque al final del show subió a recibir aplausos y allí mencionaron que era el dueño del teatro. me sorprendió que siendo el dueño y sabiendo como son los espectáculos, no respetara, ¿no se supone que le hacen una función antes?, ¿no se supone que tiene oficinas para hacer tratos? menciono esto porque tenia a su lado una persona que tampoco se callaba (una persona me indico que era el actor que doblo la voz de Thor en las películas de Marvel en doblaje latino, pero no quiero hacer rumores), por esta situación si me arruino la experiencia, fuera de allí buen...
