A wonderful place to spend quality time with the family. This place is a clear example of the quality, kindness, honesty, and above all, empathy of Mexican culture. I don't know the native language of the children and young people who attended us, but they gave their best. I leave with an excellent impression, hoping to return soon. Without a doubt, the best family cenote I have visited in Cancun. I want to highlight their empathy because I was traveling with my mother, who has limited mobility (wheelchair and crutches), and they made it easy for us to enter and provided special needs parking. While they might not be specialists or fully equipped for people with limited mobility, their ingenuity and empathy, combined with their willingness to help, made our time much better than at Xcaret parks. I highly...

So everyone is right. It's 200 pesos. Plenty of parking and someone is there watching the cars. I had one small bag and left it all over the place and felt fine with leaving it and I'm on edge everywhere I go. It has 2 pools really but it feels like 4. You can jump off the cliff where you see people's videos. You can go into the cave area and that is nice and quiet. Lots of families on a Sunday at noon but to be expected. There's snacks you can buy right there too. Water is mild temp. I was actually looking for more sun after being in to warm up. The back pool is cool too. Less people for sure. Fish in the water is pretty awesome. I don't know if there were lockers but I know showers for sure. Would be five star if it had just been a third...

About a 25-minute drive from Playa towards Tulum, it is quite close to the two well-known cenotes - Azul and Eden.

We went on a Sunday, so we met all the locals. In addition to the entrance fee, we took one sunbed at a cost of 100 pesos. There are three cenotes close together among the trees. One cenote is like a toddler pool, another big one in the center of which is a small cliff on the opposite , everyone jumps. The water is clear and there are small fish that nibble on your feet. A third cenote is a bit separate from the two, not big. Everything is very nice, but after two hours, three hours, you are exhausted.

The huge minus is the maintenance of the toilet....
