A wonderful place to spend quality time with the family. This place is a clear example of the quality, kindness, honesty, and above all, empathy of Mexican culture. I don't know the native language of the children and young people who attended us, but they gave their best. I leave with an excellent impression, hoping to return soon. Without a doubt, the best family cenote I have visited in Cancun. I want to highlight their empathy because I was traveling with my mother, who has limited mobility (wheelchair and crutches), and they made it easy for us to enter and provided special needs parking. I had one small bag and left it all over the place and felt fine with leaving it and I'm on edge everywhere I go. It has 2 pools really but it feels like 4. A third cenote is a bit separate from the two, not big. Everything is very nice, but after two hours, three hours, you are exhausted.
The huge minus is the maintenance of the toilet....
