100% F this place. They would not let me pay for play time on the f1 simulator for my son even though we played it the day before. They told us it was broken and we could not pay for it. So then I said I would pay to do bowling while we waited for it to be fixed. They had my son come be measured to see if he was tall enough and when he was totally tall enough they questioned if the game would be enjoyable for him. After we started bowling, we checked with the simulator outside and it was not broken at all. The girls working the desk flat out lied. They are discriminating against tourists. We are willing to pay to enjoy our vacation, but these people who work here made it their mission to be as inhospitable to us as possible. It’s such a disappointment because these games are for kids and they did everything possible to prevent kids...

Quiero compartir mi experiencia en este lugar del hotel específicamente, hemos estado hospedados este fin de semana que pasó en el Maya Caribe, sin embargo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia aquí por parte de las personas que se dedican a realizar el cobro de las fichas de juego y del boliche, específicamente las colaboradoras Jessica Blanco, Emily y su supervisor (el de rojo que se ve en la imagen) nos discriminaron por ser mexicanos, ya que a los huéspedes que son extranjeros los trataron con una amabilidad muy superior a nosotros, cuando fue nuestro turno de pagar, nos dijeron de una manera muy grosera que no había pago en efectivo a lo que aceptamos pagar con tarjeta, sin embargo a la hora de hacerles ver nuestra inconformidad, ellas solo se empezaron a reír en nuestras cara y el de rojo ni siquiera volteo a tratar de solucionar algo, fue tanto la grosería que nos hicieron que nos arruinaron por completo la noche que hasta mi hijo ya no tenia ganas de jugar, pueden verificarlo todo en sus cámaras de seguridad. El lugar en general es muy bonito, me encanta que sea 24 hrs y las bebidas son muy variadas, no me gustaria que por 3 personas mi familia ya no quiera regresar, ya que esta es la cuarta vez que visitamos el complejo y nos encanta. Ojala se pueda tomar en cuenta mi comentario y que no traten mal a los mexicanos porque también están pagando dinero...

My beautiful wife and I went 10 pin bowling in the Sports Bar and games room. Fantastic fun and the ladies working behind the counter were absolutely wonderful. Jessica helped with the shoe decisions and the simple payment structure. And Diana and Melissa helped us with our very bad bowling technique..... Overall a great team of young ladies who were always smiling and a great help. Thank you....
