It's Disneyland with Mexican history lesson and nature park thrown in for good measure. If you're in the area a great day adventure at reasonable price. Easy to find attractions with color coded markings and map in hand. Great for a quick look at Mexican heritage and culture with some spectacular views on the waterfront. Wear comfortable clothes including hat and shoes, you're going to do some walking. Bathing suit is mandatory for the underground river, a don't miss attraction. Absolutely beautiful. I knew that I needed to come to the Butterfly Pavillion as soon as its existence became known to me. I absolutely adored this place. The Blue Morphos clearly didn't like me 🥲😭 They didn't want to pose for a long time, but I did snap a quick pic here and there. The other butterflies were super friendly, though. This is such a beautiful place; I wish that they would place a bench near the waterfalls or something so people could just sit and enjoy the nature around them (unless there was a bench and I am misremembering -- my memory is...
