We bought 2 tickets at $160 each to come here for the plus bands. We were told that includes transportation to & from, admission, a show at night, all drinks, and all food. Plus you can snorkel, walk under water, float in an underground river, pail sail, ride a jet boat, etc.

Well, come to find out you only get one meal at the buffet. And you can get one alcoholic drink and that's it. You have to pay for the rest. And except for the snorkeling and river, all of those other activities costed extra, once you got inside.

It is a big park so bring river shoes. We didn't stay for the show. After 8 hours of just walking around trying to find stuff to do that doesn't cost extra, we didn't feel like staying another 5 hours for the night show.

I would give this a 1☆. But the buffet was really good and the underground river was really fun. So unless you want to spend $300+ per/person to have fun, you might want to find...

It is a great place, but like others said, it gets a bit expensive. In the package we got, X-Caret Plus, it was suggested that most activities are included, and they are not. Only one entry to the buffet and one alcoholic drink per person, but honestly it was enough for a day with long walks. The restaurant was unexpectedly good, La Laguna, and I think the other ones were similar. There are snacks and drinks you can get outside of restaurants but only until 6 PM. The big show starts at 7 PM. The underground river was great, they provide the equipment for free and they transport your stuff in a sealed bag to the exit. Snorkeling was too busy. The rest of the activities are extra. Asking 70 USD for dinner plus 30 for drinks is a bit ridiculous, but prices at snack booth are actually quite good though - beer, water, cookies etc. Overall...

Great restaurant with various type of food from different parts of the world. We planned ahead and actually read the fine print on what we bought. We purchased the entrance and added the Plus for 1 free meal at the buffet of our choice that included unlimited non alcoholic drinks with your meal and 1 beer included. I suggest purchasing in advance of 20 days or more you you can receive additional discounts like 15% online at the time I purchased. Plan your day so can make the most of it. The service is superv and warm just like Mexico. If you stay at the Xcaret Mexico Hotel the...

Massive wide open area with high ceiling, shade and lots of breeze. Service for drinks was always on point even with a packed setup. Lots of food choice including pizza and mac n cheese for those that need it the most :) Mexican station, salad, grilled meats, soft serve ice cream. Lots of choice, lots of volume. Would recommend
