I thought it was racist because for the first half they focused on being concurred and they showed the wars. The europe and american wars. So it made me feel uneasy, but i dont know spanish, so who knows what they really meant... Other reviewers say they wanted less song and dance, i think it was enough song and dance. Its part history, part song, part dance, part light show. The guys on the totem pole were really cool. Nobody else got offended except me, i didn't hear anything racist after the show, even in Spanish; so all good. Thair history may make them feel bad or have bad luck, and i don't like that because that leads to extremism... But there were multiple police officers and workers there that i felt relatively safe. And almost everyone went with family. So that makes me feel safer, and the end show was about togetherness with all the flags of many countries walked out on stage. But i don't know spanish so i don't know anything that they said durring the whole experience. If you would have asked me if I'd ever do this I'd say no. It would be very scary coming here alone. It can be done, but if you know Spanish it would ease many fears. But without, i have no idea whats going on. I didn't wonder around enough to know how things work around here, and that wouldn't work either because this place is so massive. You cant scout and come back later, you cant just dip your toe in the water. So it grinds my gears a bit. But for the show, we heard noise and then we went in. Easy to get seats. It was 2 hours i think. Just go to bathroom before hand. Would be hard to make your way back durring half-time. Just because i wouldnt remember my spot.
Overall really cool. I filled up my phone too fast with pictures and videos. I noticed a few plants that are around me up in Wisconsin usa area, theres a crunchy weed that looks like a banded coral snake. Really cool to see by the ocean on the boulders. And theres iguanas everywhere. I even saw a green tree monitor!! It was dropping sticks and pooping almost on us! I love em! And they won't hurt you, same as the really loud birds. I think the birds were loud because they were trying to find a mate. I definitely heard them having conversations and talking to eachother. Even 70 feet from eachother there was definitely a bird conversation happening. Little sqeeks to caws and everything in between.
Im here in February and i was in shorts and t shirt the whole time. It got a lil chilly at night around 66°f sometimes, but who cares. Its not cold. It's really fun. Gets to about 80°f durring the day. Can get really hot. Especially in the intense sunlight. Get sunscreen and a good...

Read moreAbsolutely wonderful show. I wish, however, that it wasn't more than an hour and a half, though. Because, while it's cool we get to explore other parts of Mexico and their culture, it feels a lil much, and there are definitely some parts that can get cut. Additionally, the speakers blocked the Spanish text and its English translation. Nevertheless, I did enjoy myself throughly. The lady candle holder thingy caught on fire midway through the first act, which was terrifying and hilarious (mainly due to the reactions.) I definitely enjoyed myself, but I don't think I'm going to do the show again if I...
