This was good, but it is what you would expect from a buffet. We liked the omelette stations in the morning. The only complaints we had was not knowing which desserts contained nuts, and the potential for cross contamination at the various buffet stations. We observed people handling tongs/ spoons and filling their plates from various items on that station without using separate serving utensils. Breakfast had 3 different make to order stations; omelets, flamed fruit, burritos, eggs to order, etc. There was a mix of traditional Mexican favorites and classic American dishes, fruits and breads. Our favorites for the week were the fried plantains, fresh figs, hash browns, and fruit varieties. For dinner, they roasted themes; Mexican, seafood, etc. More of the same for dinner, excellent service and pretty good food...
