I bought a statue last month. I clearly asked them that if it’s going to arrive safely. Jorge Suárez promised that the statue will arrive safely and he made a note on the receipt that in case the statue is broken during the shipment he is going to return my money back. When I bought the shipment I told him that I live in San Diego and shipping will be arrived in Tijuana. Jorge said that i have 3 days after the delivery to report any issues. When I bought the statue on a Wednesday, he said it’ll be shipped in day or 2 and i pad hefty price for shipment and they didn’t ship it for 6 days😅. When the package arrived at my friends place in Tijuana .. all the boxing outside was perfect.. not even single dent. Next morning we carefully brought that box to San Diego. Again when it arrived in San Diego.. I took video of the entire box while un packing and sent that video to Jorge. To my surprise.. the outside box has no dent and the packing inside was perfect…and when I unwrapped the statue.. the hands of the statue were broken and I sent all the video to Jorge.. now he is saying that it’s my fault that I moved it to San Diego. When I clearly told him that I’m going to bring it to San Diego. I was very clear when I bought it and when I clearly looked at the statue.. Parts of the broken parts seemed to be glued.. so im guessing the packers broke it before they shipped and that’s why it took them one week to ship and Now Jorge is saying that he cannot do anything. When I first sent the video of the broken statue 3 weeks ago. He said he will talk to his management and he will get back to me. It’s been 3 weeks and no follow up. It’s clear that this is how these guys make money by cheating customers. What kinda scam is this.. is this how you EXIM gallery run their business? What a shame!! be careful trusting...
Read moreI personally had a horrible experience in this gallery I went to San Miguel de Allende with my family, my cousin brought her small child with her but unfortunately her child dropped a small little frame with an angle. We picked up the frame and it was super shipped, something that could have not happened from one fall. The super visor explained we had to pay for it, but it was impossible for a frame to be supper shipped as you can see from the pictures from one fall. We then wanted to speak to the manager and the manager was super rude to us explaining we needed to behave accordingly in a gallay for which we did but accidents always happen, but it was impossible for a small frame to be that horribly shipped from a small fall. We did end up paying for the frame a total of $360 pesos. To end this please be careful with small children as if this happens to you make sure they do not charge you for something you did not break as this small frame was already shipped from another customer or which we...
Read moreWonderful small gallery filled with exquisite regional pieces, all first class. The gallery’s representative, Jorge Suarez, took the time to introduce my wife and I to various pieces, until we finally settled on the trio that we selected (which took us two days). Throughout the experience, Jorge was very communicative, but never pushy. He made the experience very pleasant, 5 stars+. Once we had our final selections, completing the transaction was easy and Jorge made sure that everything was properly packaged for travel. Overall great experience with Jorge being the star of the show. BTW, considering the gallery, we thought the prices were...
