Having booked for 4 of us to fly at once, on arrival we were told that 3 of us could fly while the other member of our party would have to sit and wait 50 minutes on their own until they could take their flight. We receieved no prior warning of this, nor any appology for the change. We asked if we could at least change it to 2*2. In response to this I was essentially told they wouldn't do this as it would waste their time. They obviously didn't care about wasting mine. I asked that they might be a little more accommodating as they were changing the booking last minute without any prior notice. To which I was then told that I'd made no agreement with them, the booking was with the booking agent who would just tell us anything and it meant absolutely nothing.
