Last weekend, my family and I visited Fun Park for a delightful afternoon with our son. This vibrant amusement center proved to be a fantastic choice for family entertainment. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the bright and inviting entrance, promising a world of fun inside.

Fun Park is also a great venue for children's birthday parties. They offer party packages for a minimum of 10 kids, and the cost is $15 per child. Room for Improvement

The only aspect of our experience that could be improved is the receipt process. When you exchange your Fun Park card or add money to the card, they do not provide a receipt. This can be inconvenient because you pay for the card but don't have a way to verify exactly how much credit has been added. I asked for a receipt, and the staff informed me that they do not provide one. This was quite surprising and disappointing, as it left me uncertain about the accuracy of the transaction. Implementing a system to provide receipts would enhance the overall customer experience and ensure transparency.

Overall Experience

Despite this minor inconvenience, our visit to Fun Park was a resounding success. The friendly staff, clean facilities, and diverse range of activities made it a memorable experience for our entire family. We laughed, played, and created wonderful memories that we will cherish. My daughter had a lot of fun. The top up and tap system is good if you know much much you need to spend. Some of the arcade games didn't work properly hence on less star but staff were willing to help fix issues.

Quite pricy for what it is and the games aren't very long. Everything is on a timer so even if you're doing well with a game, the game is over after a specific time.

En gros, j ai un retour expérience important sur les parcs. Fun park de fès doit être fermé, car il va causer des accidents pour les enfants, c 'est un park très dégradés. Tt est déchiré, les tapis dégradés, il ya des marches où le bois est visible et n est pas protégé. Je me demande pourquoi il est tjrs opérationnel. Est ce qu il n y a pas d audit qui se fait!!
