Special spot in vianden .. it was overwhelming to see the bed and the writing table of Victor Hugo 😊 His paintings!! Didn’t know that he did paint beautifully as same as he wrote.. Interesting to know about his life in Vianden . The museum receptionist was so friendly and kind such special lady gave a lot of information about Vicod Hugo and his short life of 2 months and half in Vianden 🙏🏻😍

The docent was great but it the museum was a little meh. If you're a significant Victor Hugo fan and want to hear more about his time in Luxembourg you may like it. I didn't feel I learned a lot about Hugo as a person, just what he did. A friend of mine felt like she learned a lot so it may be worth it for some. I'm attaching pictures of the views you have from the museum.

Kleines Museum Mir hat es nicht gefallen ,der Empfang war kalt und lieblos. Ich persönlich mag die Bücher von Victor Hugo, aber dieses Museum ist lieblos gestaltet das ich schon nach 15min ging, vielle kopies, Zeitung Artikel, einige intressante Informationen wie es zu Personagen zum Buch "les miserables " kamm ,das Luxemburger wie Brüsseler bekanntschaften in inspiriert haben, er lebte auch nicht lange in dem Haus,er reiste schon nach einige Monate ab nach Belgien, (wenn ich mich nicht irre) er mochte diese schöne Mittelalterliches Städtchen, villeicht intressant für totale eingefleischte Victor Hugo fans aber mich hat das Museum nicht überzeugt oder gefallen

Dit knusse museum gaf een inkijkje in het leven van Victor Hugo. Na een leuk ontvangst ben ik met een audiotour door het museum heen gegaan. Er werd veel interessante informatie gegeven. Vooral de tekeningen die Victor Hugo van Luxemburg maakte, vond ik mooi om te zien (al was dat grotendeels in reproductie). Ook de schilderingen op de wand, die anekdotes uit het leven van Hugo vertolkten, vond ik in een mooie stijl uitgewerkt. Al met al was vind ik dit echt een aanrader, zeker voor de lage entreeprijs! Neem er dan wel de audiotour bij, want bijna alle informatie die tekstueel wordt gegeven is in het Frans.

Επισκεφτήκαμε σήμερα 22 Φεβρουαρίου 2025 το σπίτι όπου έζησε ο σημαντικός Γάλλος λογοτέχνης Βίκτωρ Ουγκώ κατά τη διάρκεια της εξορίας του από την παρισινή κομμούνα. Το σπίτι έχει μετατραπεί σε μουσείο όπου μπορεί κανείς να μάθει σημαντικά πράγματα για τον σπουδαίο αυτό συγγραφέα!Η είσοδος για τους ενήλικες είναι 5 ευρώ ενώ τα παιδιά μας μπήκαν δωρεάν καθότι τα άτομα μέχρι 24 ετών μπαίνουν δωρεάν. Επιπλεον, αγοράσαμε μόνο με 2 ευρώ ψηφιακό οδηγό που δίνει χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για τον Βίκτωρ Ουγκώ. Η ηλικιωμένη κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν παρα πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη! Ευχαριστούμε!
