I’ve visited all the casinos on the island, and while this one is okay, it’s not on my must-visit list. I’ve been here a few times, but my most recent experience left a bad taste.
They introduced a new jackpot drawing system, which felt unfair. The rules clearly stated that folded tickets would be disqualified. I struggled to fit some slips into the small opening, and they ended up slightly crinkled — it seems those were conveniently ignored. It felt like a setup to exclude entries.
On a positive note, I did have a few lucky wins that made the visit worthwhile. But overall, the staff was consistently rude whenever I turned in my tickets, even though I always left generous tips. That kind of treatment really ruins the experience.
