I am a disabled person on a wheelchair I came to buy the tickets and the person told me that the spots for wheelchair are not available because they sold them to another people and I ask if they were disabled too and she asnwer that no they have the right tósale it to whoever that want to …. And I say can you help me I can not walk And she says no that I will have to walk if I want to see the movie !! She mistreated me her tone was rude , she said that in aruba there is no rule to protect my rights and I say. Can you do something for me she said no !! Incredible Finally another employee Jenny told me that she will call the manager and the manager came and fix the situation thank for his response and help we enjoy the afternoon!! Today March 28th my daughters went to see the movie Arthur the King and they didin’t allow them in because they said they need to be with a parent they are 15, 17 and 18 years old. In Aruba a person 18 or older is an adult. The supervisors name was Yemira who was extremely disrespectful . The theaters policy says that you can go into VIP if you are 15 or older or if you are accompanied by a parent or guardian which in this case it would be my oldest daughter. In my opinion the theater should have someone above a supervisorwho knows the policies properly. and knows how to treat and...

Last time we were in Aruba in Jan/Feb 2020, the IMAX theater and restaurants were being built. It is now a beautiful building with many theaters. We went to see the Beatles "Get Back' in the IMAX theater. The acoustics were amazing and seeing this film on the big screen made you feel as though you were there. The concession food was ok, Many items not available. The pizza was dry and crunchy. Maintained good Covid protocols. We will definitely go back and try the PF Chang...
