Beachclub Indigo — Attraction in The Hague

Nice beach club, but service and communication are lacking. I held a graduation party and reserved a separate space. I found the coupon system to be a bit awkward, since I hoped my group could simply go to the bar and get the drink they wanted (until a maximum set amount), but instead I had to give each person coupons. I'd rather not have the coupon system if I knew I had a choice, but I only found that out during the evening when it was suddenly possible to open a normal non-coupon account (beforehand, it was not properly communicated what kind of system would be maintained during the party).

I know the coupons are a bit cheaper, but in the end it would have been much better if an account limit was maintained. Nearing the end of my party, the waitress asked whether I want to buy more coupons and insisted this was cheaper, so I accidentally bought way too much (because you can't calculate when people are leaving your party and how much they want). But because this was my graduation party, I feel slightly scammed. Especially since I am not allowed to use the left over coupons for another time and because I paid for a coupon account as well as an open account. I spent more than 600 euros that night, and I believe I lost almost 80 euros due to unspent coupons. It's not a nightmare, but definitely a bummer.

Some staff were very nice and friendly, but some also seemed strict, too formal and focused on upselling (but perhaps that stands out to me more because I worked in restaurants many years myself). Unfortunately, I do not recommend organising a larger party at this beach club with...

Wij hebben onze Bruiloft meerdere keren moeten verplaatsen. Het idee was eigenlijk in Zuid-Spanje. Na meerdere keren de datum veranderd te hebben moesten we ook opzoek naar een andere locatie, vanwege de maatregelen.. Soms denk je dat sommige dingen zo hebben moeten zijn..

Allebei totaal geen idee van Scheveningen, maar toch kwamen we bij Indigo terecht.. bezichtigen op een regenachtige en stormachtige dag in maart, maar zo een goed gevoel hadden we allebei! Het hele Spaanse thema hebben we aangevraagd en niets was te gek ! Ze zijn ontzettend flexibel en Laura-Lee heeft ons heel goed geholpen.. Totaaaaal geen stress en alles laten verlopen wat het lot bepaalde..

Het weer heb je geen invloed op, maar het werd ineens een regenachtige dag in juli.. paniek of we het wel of niet buiten konden doen.. 1 dag van te voren een persconferentie die niemand zag aankomen.. het was ineens heel bizar, maar even schakelen en heel lief personeel die ons weer gerust stelde en alles op een prachtige manier weer aanpaste.. !

Uiteindelijk kregen we een prachtige zonsondergang en een briljant feest! Zo zie je maar dat altijd alles goed komt.. sluit er ergens een deur, dan opent er ergens anders weer eentje .. je moet je er maar gewoon aan overgeven.. En dat kun je gerust overlaten aan het Indigo personeel !! Stuk voor stuk heerlijke mensen en onze gasten hebben alleen maar genoten van de service, gezelligheid, perfecte barbecue en hapjes, en continue drankjes die werden bijgevuld ..

We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de DJ van Indigo en ik had een lijst met liedjes samengesteld om hem een indruk te geven van onze muziek smaken.. We hebben hem verder vrijgelaten en hebben ons laten verrassen ! Echt heel goed hoe hij alles en iedereen betrok en alles in elkaar heeft gemixt ..

Het was al met al een compleet feest.. Alleen...

Went there for the event "Mama Africa Beach Edition". I am familiar with the Mama Africa event, and I usually like it, but in this club it was a terrible. First, the sound was horribly balanced with the high frequencies damaging everyone's ears, and a microphone incredibly loud. Second, after paying the ticket more than the usual price (20€), you need to pay 4€ to have access to toilets!!! To buy anything there they use local coins, and the minimum price to buy them is 16€!!
