We will forever be grateful to Mantells Tāmaki Drive for hosting our wedding ceremony and reception. As soon as we stepped into the space shown by the lovely Johnny, we knew it was perfect for us. We booked a year out from our wedding date and everything went smoothly from there on!
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Mantells Tāmaki Drive for their hard work, their positive and upbeat attitudes, and their commitment to making sure our wedding was perfect. Particularly Jane, who always replied to my emails in record time and communicated with us regularly in the lead up to the wedding day. Jane was with us for majority of the ceremony and was absolutely incredible. There was no need for us to have a wedding day coordinator because Jane was there, making sure guests were greeted with bubbles on arrival, cake was put out, and everyone knew what they were doing. Jane truly made everything run so smoothly because of her timing recommendations, her staff direction and her wonderful nature.
We were handed over to the manager Miah for the rest of the night, and wow he really made our night! He was so friendly, fun and attentive. We were so touched that he and his team made sure to save us some wedding cake, collect everything at the end of the night and made our pick up so easy. They were so thoughtful that they even saved our special table numbers and signs. We are so grateful to him!
And of course, the food was all everyone could talk about, it was that amazing. Everyone rolled out of the night with tummies full of incredible food!
Our wedding was magical and everything we could have hoped for - all thanks to the team at Mantells Tāmaki Drive.

Read moreWe visited Mantells Tamaki Drive as a wedding venue option. We didn't need to look any further, Jane and Johnny were so nice to deal with. We loved the venue, their approach leading up to it made us comfortable we made the best decision.
The way they presented the room was incredible, their polite staff to the little touches of making sure 'we' were looked after over the course of the night - our guests with dietary requirements were taken care of with to the point where they felt special and not an inconveinence. We even were sent off with a picnic basket of things while we went off for our photoshoot.
The kids went home with a few dessert boxes, they packed everything up at the end of the night and this made the pick up so much easier.
It's hard enough to organise a wedding...let alone during the height of a pandemic, the last minute guest changes, the questions we had on 'whats ifs' they were so accommodating, calm and flexible - this made our choices so much easier - made our wedding day a memorable one. Thank you - Dale...

Your services and professionalism just added to the night that was already special and you turned it into something spectacular!!!! To me, your vision of 'getting it right' for the client shone through. I thought to myself, what a special place with special people behind the scenes. You did not seem phased by last minute changes, and were so helpful when things were a little askew. This was so appreciated by myself and DJ Trev, photographers and videographers.
It's clear to see you value people, you love to help bring their day to life, and be part of creating that magic. It's one day to pull it off, no going back and re-doing things, and as a result... the couple I married are so blown away and were impressed with the team they had on the day. Great work!!!!
