My family and I have been coming to E Sarn wok for almost 20 years now, back when they were serving at Mercury plaza off K road ☺️ we absolutely LOVE their chicken laksa, we’ve never been able to find one quite like it. It’s creamy, flavourful, just the right amount of spicy for me (I can’t handle much spice but the spice can always be adjusted - I get very mild). We also love their chicken fried rice - one thing that makes their rice stand out is that they use jasmine rice which makes it very fluffy, fresh and flavourful, and it also comes with lemon slices and fried tomato slices which gives it a very nice kick. I encourage people to also try their entree plate that comes with a chicken wing, satay chicken, prawn cake, curry puff and spring roll 😍 and their ribs are so delicious too! I will always recommend e sarn wok to everyone, and all my friends that I’ve bought in over the years have loved it just as much as we do! This place is my comfort meal place. They have come such a long way since Mercury plaza and I just love coming here every chance I get. Thank you E Sarn wok for taking care of us all...

Read moreThis small restaurant had pretty good Google reviews. The place isn’t very big, but it looked warm and inviting. After a walk on the beach, we decided to have dinner here. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit disappointing.
We ordered the Seafood Salad — the onions and celery were chopped very roughly, the dressing was overly salty, and the portion was quite small. We also ordered the Spicy Raw Prawn, but when I complained at the counter that there were only two prawns and the flavour was off, they told me it was actually a different dish called "Love Boat" that was served by mistake.
Although the staff were polite, we paid $62.80 for just two dishes and a bowl of rice, which felt overpriced for what we got. I wouldn't...
