Interesting park, prior to that it was a really stone exploration field, you can see the walls where the rocks were taken. With two bbq areas, seems to be great for an outside party. One decent toilet with a water fountain just in front of it. The tracks were well maintained, however some visitors left their rubbish behind. It could be better if a playground were built there. Walking at Stonefields is great for the whole family with flat roads to walk on .. and the Wetlands Park Reserve is popular for picnics. An electric BBQ is installed and a toilet, with a large grassed area for playing Petanque or ball games with the family. Nearby is Mt Wellington which has a trails starting near the Wetlands in Stonefields..Highly reccomend . Ice-cream after at the nearby McDonald's or at New World...
