I took my 3 year old to Popking and at first what seemed cool with a big wide open space, turned out to be quite disastrous after about 5 mins. Broken toys, exposed nails, a large hole the size of two children and 3 stories up which could cause a life threatening injury. The hole had no warning around it that it was there plus I was not informed on entry about the danger of it. It had simply been half covered up with zip ties. I called the owner who said they would fix it the next day…so fingers crossed he takes it seriously. Apart from that, the coffee was average, the worker was nice, dust and dirt everywhere throughout the playground which looked like it had never been cleaned and old playground equipment. You’re not allowed to bring your own food which is unfortunate considering they don’t offer any healthy food for kids and barely any food on offer at all for that matter. This place needs either a huge update or to be closed down because unfortunately it doesn’t seem like the owners have a genuine interest in children or children’s health and safety. Worst $22 I’ve spent.

Thought this was a good option for younger kids as it was really safe! Our 2year old could almost go everywhere unsupervised, but admittedly with the number of people there not something I'd do. Lots of people have complained about the cold and though it was not heated, it was not unbearable and the kids quickly played themselves warm. Note if you want to make use of the lockers to bring your own padlock The later one goes the more of a problem parking becomes as well. Even though they have loads of car parks at the back, finding a spot down the road can be challenging

Positives: Centrally located, convient parking, modern facility, fun evironment, clean amentities, good variety of entertainment for toddler and kids to have a blast. I took my son there as soon as he started walking. Good option for bad weather. Negatives: Bad coffee, unhealthy menu and long waiting time. If you come after 11am it will be packed. You really need to work on your Menu, honestly they are not something I want my child to have. It is the only thing that put me off everytime to your place.

What to say..... Don't come here. Play area was dirty. The toilets were dirty & there was no toilet paper. Bad service. The employees acted like they didn't want to be there. The food was hmmm edible I guess, but definitely not worth your money or the price you pay. Waited almost an hour for our food which was only a pizza & hot chips. That was yuck. It wasn't busy so I don't know what took them so long. They must have gone out to the farm themselves to hunt for their meat they put on the pizza. Way over priced for what you get. Play area was cool but again it was dirty & messy. I saw more employees here than I've ever seen at Chimpmunks on a Week Day and Chimpmunks were still x100000 better. Lol. First and last time going to King Pops. Should be re-named as Stink Pops cause that's exactly how I felt when we left.

Highly recommend Chimpmunks on Central Park Drive out west as this is usually our go to, (but we wanted a change for once). Much MUCH better in all areas. You'll be disappointed going to Stink Pops so please save yourself the hassle & take your money elsewhere. Otherwise the business may have some serious re-thinking/planning to do if you actually want customers to leave good reviews.

I guess I'll still give it a one star since my kids still had somewhere to play. But other than that, I've said my peace. Won't ever be going back...

We came in today 25/08/2024 for my daughter 6th birthday party. We paid entrance for 9 kids, ordered juices and food ( overpriced, but unable to bring food or drinks from outside).

Because of having a function, we were advised place would have closed at 4pm instead of 5pm which was fine. Unfortunately the group function organisers (a Chinese celebration) started to go around the venue abruptly from 3.15pm, making us feel very uncomfortable. We felt like they were kicking us off and when we went to tell the staff behind the counter she said they wanted to start 10 minutes earlier? Well why are you open then? They were so rude, they were keep on looking at our table, putting stuff on tables we were sitting at…terrible! Terrible behaviour! We left in a huge rush and outside it was not even better, a lady from the group shouting because she didn’t want to wait her turn to pass with the car (the way in and out of carpark is a one way). We are not sure how this was allowed and we really left shocked!

Of course kids totally enjoyed their times and didn’t realise what was going on. Oh well..will need to find a new place for birthday celebrations, but I hope management will address and not tolerate this kind of...

Some kids behave really badly. Their parents leave them to do what they want. We complained about a boy hitting other kids with blocks and kicking them. We were told to keep our kids away from kids like that and that they have no responsibility to stop hooligans in their premise. Would a kid have to end up in emergency and the police to be involved for anything to be taken seriously?

I agree that parents should oversee their kids but some kids are so extreme that they should be stopped from activity areas where they can cause harm to smaller kids.

I confronted the mother of a boy directly. She just brushed it off. Her kid ended up frightening a little girl to the extent that she got her parents to leave the premise. It wasnt even my kid. But I still couldnt see that happening and not speak up.

Very disappointed with the coward behaviour of the people that work there - they were too afraid to confront the kid's mother. Or it was all just about money. Return their money and ask them to leave! Pathetic. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Your kids are far too precious. Dont take them somewhere where they...
