TANK St Lukes - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

I purchased a salad from Tank today, and while the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, the dressing was a bit overdone for my taste. I decided to share my feedback with the staff, and the experience turned out to be one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I was first assisted by a staff member and then by the manager, Ning. From the beginning, the entire team—and Ning especially—was incredibly understanding and approachable. At no point did Ning get defensive or dismissive, which is something I’ve unfortunately experienced at other establishments. Instead, she listened carefully, acknowledged my concerns, and worked with me to resolve the issue in just 1–2 minutes.

I left feeling heard, valued, and completely satisfied with the outcome. Ning truly embodies what it means to be an excellent manager—handling feedback gracefully, resolving conflicts efficiently, and delivering top-notch customer service. Any business Ning works at is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, adept, and compassionate leader on their team.

I am extremely unhappy with the food that provided by this tank, I am 37 weeks pregnant and wanted to have something nice and healthy and I ordered a gorilla greens tank and a beef wrap . Half way through my wrap I tasted something stringy in my drink and it was a piece of green plastic. The beef wrap was soaked in oil which dripped all over my partners pants and vest and car. Ordered 2 x different tank salads fir dinner last evening 13th June 2024 from St LukesTank store and when we got home they gave us the same salad. I could not have my salad as I was allergic to tge ingredients hence I specifically ordered my special salad.
