I am extremely disappointed with the service attitude of this store! 1. Deception of customers. I arrived at this store at 4 p.m. When I inquired about the waiting time, the front desk (possibly the manager or owner) lied to me, saying there was no need to wait. However, after I paid, no one attended to me until 20 minutes later. During the wait, nobody gave me the nail color swatch to select colors. Another deception occurred when I asked the front desk if they had the same color as the one on my toenails before making payment. She said yes, and only then did I pay. However, when the staff eventually showed me two similar but not exactly the same colors, I realized I had been deceived. But by then, my original nail polish had been removed, so I had to decide between the only two options available. I spent about one minute deliberating, and the front desk person came to me with a very bad attitude, rushing me, saying that I wasted their time choosing colors and that there were other customers waiting behind me. Read moreTook my little girl to get her nails painted as a mother/daughter treat as I had been working alot in the lead up to Christmas. We sat side by side and I had a gel nailpolish and shape service and my daughter just had nail polish applied.
My daughter asked for red polish on one hand and green polish on the other. She's six and wanted Christmas colours. She was seated in front of the nail technician who laughed openly at her choice of colours in front of myself and my daughter and then laughed and talked to the technician doing my nails about it and they had a great laugh about it. Then the lady doing my daughter's nails indicated did she want to alternate colours red/green on each hand. My daughter said ' no, red on one hand and green on the other' and the woman proceeded to alternate the colours anyway. She rolled her eyes and when I asked her to stop alternating and paint each hand a separate colour.
I've never expected a high level of service from mall nail bars but what we encountered was just plain unkind, let alone lacking any semblance of professionalism. Who mocks and mean girls a six year old child openly in front of her? Would not recommend this...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience – would not recommend. I paid $160 for what was easily the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I was overcharged, then undercharged mid-service, and somehow made to feel like that was my fault. I paid for a child’s mani/pedi, and my child didn’t even get a foot soak, just had her nails painted with no care or attention.
My own gel pedicure was awful. There was no massage, the soak lasted maybe 10 minutes, and the technician was rough, yanking my feet around with no regard for comfort. My toenails were actually burning from the tool she used to remove the old gel polish, it was painful and careless.
The SNS colour options were extremely limited. The removal of my previous SNS was painful, and the manicure itself was rushed and poorly done. The finish was uneven, with visible bubbling and bits of old SNS stuck under my nails. No attention to detail, no care taken.
This was not an enjoyable or relaxing experience in any way. I’m genuinely looking forward to going back to my usual salon just to have this mess removed properly. I will never return here and strongly advise others to avoid it. Not worth the money or the...
