Worth reading before heading there.
I had a terrible experience and will never return. Between the higher price and the customer service (I've always have trouble with their staff) it's not worth going there. I can find everything for less elsewhere or online. Just not worth doing a detour to this market. I also find that the looks a little lack of maintenance/cleaning (aesthetically not pleasant, I personally find it lack of care and don't enjoy shopping in a shop that doesn't do effort to look like the put effort in it) and everything is packaged... no option for bring your own container/bag (Zero Waste).
In response to the retail's response: No it's not false or fake; this is so easy to claim that a review is false or fake (I find it rude and I question the reason you start a response in such a way.). You're not going to please everyone and it's not by brushing customer that speaks out for their experience that you are going to make good. I did have a the worst experience in your store and that 100% true (that's a shame how you respond to my feedback of my experience). If you are not ready to be accountable for the fact that you don't treat your customer with respect (in store or online) that's your marketing decision (not a very wise one in my book). A decent business would probably start a response to this kind of review with first an apologize that I had left the store feeling HORRIBLE, acknowledging that shopping shouldn't have a tearful ending (don't you think? or maybe that's how you do business and that's how I was feeling after (IRL, not falke, for real).
Yes I think that businesses in general should start to receive feedback on the wasteful packaging and there's absolutely no "damage to reputation" in there. We need radical changes in our consumerism and I felt that your store could definitely be a good one to lead by example as for the type of customer you attract. I'm sure I'm not the only one and you should simply get ready to accept CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK. The other way customer can do to make business understand that we want less packaging is boycotting business that aren't whiling to go with what the customer demands. It's not unreasonable and for the type of customer you have I think that's just a beginning. You can decide to do nothing about it and eventually you'll notice that customer are going elsewhere; or you can put your big person pants and try to act and help customer be able to make better decision (be more responsible in their purchase)
I believe that you did NOT answer my comment with respect and yes I felt strongly because your staff did attack me in store; no I'm not going to contact you personally, it takes more of my time to do so, at the end of the day I don't want to talk to you but rather talk to other that are thinking of going to your store (sharing my experience, that's what google review is for after all) and I think that this medium is just as good to reach others; if it reaches you at the same time well just take it in you don't need to respond to it as my message was NOT for you. It would take me ALOT to come back to your store myself and if anything I wish that no one else need to experience this negative approach your staff have and then the way you handle online comments is in the least. No one need to leave a store feeling terrible and MY way of making sure I don't is by avoiding your store.
You seem to like to attack instead of taking the time to REALLY understand and taking the time say that you could review your business. It's a shame that you feel so defensive of everything;. That's exactly how I felt in your store (staff didn't care about me; they were very rude and unapologetic). Your staff represent your business too and you need to make sure that they address customer...
