Liberty Market is a special, welcoming, and trustworthy place 💚 If I could give Liberty Market more than five stars, I would! This is not just my favourite supermarket—it’s a sanctuary for those who truly care about what they put into their bodies. Walking into Liberty Market feels like stepping into a world where food is as it should be: fresh, organic, and full of life. It’s a place that restores my faith in good food, good people, and good business practices. Unlike mainstream supermarkets, where you never quite know what you’re getting, Liberty Market gives me absolute confidence in every purchase. Knowing that I’m nourishing myself and my loved ones with the safest, healthiest, highest quality ingredients brings me peace of mind, and I leave every shopping trip feeling happier! It’s not just food—it’s a lifestyle, a philosophy, and a deep commitment to our well-being. The heart of this store is Lucy, an extraordinary person whose kindness and dedication shine through in every detail. She absolutely pours her heart and soul into this market, ensuring that customers feel welcome, valued, and cared for, working tirelessly to provide us with the best products for fair prices. The staff are equally wonderful—always super friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to help, you all are a such a lovely bunch! There’s a warmth here that you simply don’t find in big-chain supermarkets, where checkout interactions often feel rushed and impersonal. At Liberty Market, every visit is a pleasure, and you’re treated like family! Furthermore, their selection is nothing short of incredible! From the freshest organic produce to pantry staples, specialty items, and thoughtfully curated goods and a wonderful skincare/toiletries range, there’s something for everyone.. and knowing that the store has gone above and beyond and obtained special certifications speaks volumes about their commitment to quality, ethics, and sustainability and only adds to the trust and appreciation I have for the care put into every product on their shelves! I think Liberty Market isn’t just a store—it’s a gift to our little community. It’s a place that fosters health, connection, and trustworthy organic goodness 💚 I genuinely can’t imagine shopping anywhere else, and I sincerely hope Liberty is here for decades to come! Thank you, Lucy, for being a beacon of light in the world, and for giving us a space where shopping feels not just good, but right. I cherish the community and ethical values Liberty Market represents, aswell as how your delicious healthy produce has made a positive meaningful impact on my health! Thank you for sourcing all your products so that we, as consumers, can have a healthy, safe option available to us, that means a lot! Lucy, you have created something truly special — a Haven of health, integrity, and kindness! and for that, I am endlessly grateful, I want to share my heartfelt appreciation and thank you, and all those working hard behind the scenes at your lovely market for everything that you tirelessly do for us all - you are awesome! 💚💚

Large store, like a warehouse, with fresh organic produce, chilled and frozen products, household and bulk items. A few vegan cheeses; no hummus or spreads. Sign up for the loyalty card to benefit from discounted prices on many items.

Worth reading before heading there.

I had a terrible experience and will never return. Between the higher price and the customer service (I've always have trouble with their staff) it's not worth going there. I can find everything for less elsewhere or online. Just not worth doing a detour to this market. I also find that the looks a little lack of maintenance/cleaning (aesthetically not pleasant, I personally find it lack of care and don't enjoy shopping in a shop that doesn't do effort to look like the put effort in it) and everything is packaged... no option for bring your own container/bag (Zero Waste).

In response to the retail's response: No it's not false or fake; this is so easy to claim that a review is false or fake (I find it rude and I question the reason you start a response in such a way.). You're not going to please everyone and it's not by brushing customer that speaks out for their experience that you are going to make good. I did have a the worst experience in your store and that 100% true (that's a shame how you respond to my feedback of my experience). If you are not ready to be accountable for the fact that you don't treat your customer with respect (in store or online) that's your marketing decision (not a very wise one in my book). A decent business would probably start a response to this kind of review with first an apologize that I had left the store feeling HORRIBLE, acknowledging that shopping shouldn't have a tearful ending (don't you think? or maybe that's how you do business and that's how I was feeling after (IRL, not falke, for real).

Yes I think that businesses in general should start to receive feedback on the wasteful packaging and there's absolutely no "damage to reputation" in there. We need radical changes in our consumerism and I felt that your store could definitely be a good one to lead by example as for the type of customer you attract. I'm sure I'm not the only one and you should simply get ready to accept CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK. The other way customer can do to make business understand that we want less packaging is boycotting business that aren't whiling to go with what the customer demands. It's not unreasonable and for the type of customer you have I think that's just a beginning. You can decide to do nothing about it and eventually you'll notice that customer are going elsewhere; or you can put your big person pants and try to act and help customer be able to make better decision (be more responsible in their purchase)

I believe that you did NOT answer my comment with respect and yes I felt strongly because your staff did attack me in store; no I'm not going to contact you personally, it takes more of my time to do so, at the end of the day I don't want to talk to you but rather talk to other that are thinking of going to your store (sharing my experience, that's what google review is for after all) and I think that this medium is just as good to reach others; if it reaches you at the same time well just take it in you don't need to respond to it as my message was NOT for you. It would take me ALOT to come back to your store myself and if anything I wish that no one else need to experience this negative approach your staff have and then the way you handle online comments is in the least. No one need to leave a store feeling terrible and MY way of making sure I don't is by avoiding your store.

You seem to like to attack instead of taking the time to REALLY understand and taking the time say that you could review your business. It's a shame that you feel so defensive of everything;. That's exactly how I felt in your store (staff didn't care about me; they were very rude and unapologetic). Your staff represent your business too and you need to make sure that they address customer...

We want you to know how much we Love and Respect, the Liberty Market which not only nurtures our Bodies, but our SouLs & Livelihoods. We all know, how trying these uncertain times have been, but the experience of shopping in Purity and Peace, is what we all need to value, uphold and to keep positive and hopeful and show integrity too. Lucy is wonderful, always smiling, helpful & appreciative of customers & I always feel welcome. We are able to benefit from this Family's Integrity and huge effort & I'm sure, sacrifices, to keep the Store filled, and open. Also, a huge thankyou to the staff, who always are there to ask about an item, and to pack our purchases with ease of Grace. Keep being mindful people & keep the wonderful Spirituallyfed Mother Earth energy...
