The staff were honestly a bit shocking, I walked into the store to buy an Apple Pencil I knew the exact model I was getting I knew they had it in stock as Iâd checked beforehand, I arrive at the store wander around for a bit trying to find the Apple display, I canât find a single team member till I go up to the counter to ask where it is, the older man told me that they were all out the back asked me when one I was after, I showed him it on his website, he checked in the computer, said heâd be right back and went to grab it, when he came back he tried to hand it off to another staff member (who was actually doing her job and speaking with another customer) she said she was busy and he got annoyed and served me himself, he scanned it and put it through on eftpos with little to no conversation and I went to insert my card and realized the price was significantly higher then I knew it was meant to be, I asked him why it was $100+ what itâs meant to be, and he started telling me that this product was better then the one I wanted anyway and that they donât have the one I want in stock, despite just saying he had some a few minutes ago, I didnât like him trying to underhand me like that and sell me a more expensive product then I needed, especially since the one he wanted to sell me wasnât compatible with my device!!

   Read moreWould give a no star rating. Was sent on a wild goose chase to the repair company by Noel Leeming staff when I brought a laptop under warranty in with a fault. Repair company turned me away saying customers can't bring items for repair in themselves and they've asked Noel Leeming numerous times to stop referring clients to them directly. Cost me a second trip to Noel Leeming (wasting my time and fuel) only for them to sit with my much needed item for two days without sending it in for necessary repairs. Tried phoning the branch, can't get through. Customer service consultant was very blasé about the whole matter. Went into store to complain. Manager I was referred to was very unhelpful. Explained how they have processes and procedures to follow...simple admin and warranty query takes two days, he doesn't feel there's been any unnecessary delay. No regard that this is a much needed work item that is causing me to fall behind on my workload. Item now only being sent in to repair company, will still take 2 days for assessment, then another 2-3 days for repairs and I should have the item back next week some time. This after being without my work laptop for 6 days already. No loan machine available either. I was made to understand I'd have the laptop back Maximum within 5 days of having handed it in.    Read moreVery dissatisfied experience. Went in to buy a TV over Easter weekend and was thoroughly underwhelmed. Available staff were disinterested and appeared lazy. The member of staff I had waited to see was trying to upsell a TV to an elderly couple who clearly did not need a top of the line model and tried to express this to the staff, who did not listen. Eventually another member(Manpreet) served myself and a friend and seemed to distracted by his own phone to even engage and was unable to answer my questions. Once I had decided the TV wasn't in stock and I was told would be shipped and available the following Monday. I did not receive the TV until the Wednesday. During this time I called several times and did not get a response as the store did not pick up the phone. Getting home and unboxing the TV, I discovered the bags containing assembly items had already been opened and the TV remote was missing, so I'm guessing this was a display model? Another phone call not picked up, this one diverted to call centre and was finally answered with someone who tried to help. Still no remote. I will now wait another week while a new one is ordered so God knows when that will get here.
